I came here to get my car fixed after a misfire. Was quoted $800 for 3 fixes an oil cover gasket cover spark plugs and fuel cleaning flush out. I waited over 5 hours with multiple excuses as why it was taking so long. The gasket cover they placed they were in such a rush it over torqued it according to my certified mechanic which caused it to collapse and now my car is AGAIN leaking oil into the cylinders. Don’t trust this place. They say they are working on your car, Yet you see no one around your vehicle working on it. Just for the sand issue to happen again not even 4 weeks later and I don’t even live in Orlando I was stuck there once it misfired.

Luego de chequear con ellos en la oficina que hacían el servicio de cambio de válvula de aire les dejamos la rueda y me dijeron que estaría listo en una hora. Que eso era algo rápido. Vi a varios empleados sin hacer nada, sentados hablando y sólo dos carros en el taller y creímos que todos estaría rápido tal como dijeron. Regresamos en una hora y pese a haber más de tres empleados aun hablando sentados sin hacer nada aun no habían hecho arreglo. La atención fue pésima por parte del personal de la oficina. Nos trato con muy mal carácter aun cuando ellos fueron los que incumplieron. Tengo el carro sin la rueda en la calle y confié en que eran un lugar serio donde poder hacer el arreglo. No los recomiendo

Very happy with my helpful and quick service today. I was pressed for time and Victor and AJ made sure to get Charlie working on my car. I went to grab a bite to eat and when I got back my car was ready to go. They took time to explain a few things I should look into on my next visit and made me aware of some great deals that were available. I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you stuffy you guys are awesome!!

I had a coolant leak so i took my car here for an diagnosis/repair. After they took a look at everything they quoted me ~$1700 to replace all hoses and a few gaskets. When i went to pick up my car after the repair it wouldnt even start. I had to get chris to help me get it started and even then it took us almost 30 minutes to get it up and running. 2 days later i had the same issue so i brought it back so they could double check their work. They claimed that now the engine has a blown head gasket and a new engine would cost over $7000. I understand that mistakes happen, but dont you think the blown head gasket should have been caught BEFORE I spent 1700 on a repair? Now they wont refund my money and im down 1700 that I could have used as a down payment on a new vehicle. Worst experience ever at this place 👎👎👎

This is the best store, the manager and technicians are polite and very enthusiastic. My car suddenly had a tire light on, and I went to several companies because it was Memorial Day and many companies were closed. When I came here, I was surprisingly satisfied with the result. They managed to solve my tire pressure problem for free. I was so happy that I drove away. I made a mistake and did not leave a tip. For this, I want to say thank you very much for your help. I will be your loyal customer.

It was my vehicle's first oil change and I had purchased my vehicle at universal Nissan. So, I attempted to contact them for an appointment and pricing. They take forever and a day. I was passing by this tire plus on OBT. I am a previous customer which was astounding to know they still have my vehicle on file. As I approached the counter, I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you today? Very customer service orientated this young lady. She provided me with exceptional service. My vehicle was taken care within the hour. How fantastic is that compared to waiting 3 to 5 hours at the dealership. I will be returning back to this location for tires for my 2010 Nissan Sentra for sure. I was provided an excellent price which I am currently working on. Thanks to the young lady who I forgot her name so my apologies. Truly an exceptional experience which I will tell my family and friends about.
