I was quite disappointed in my most recent visit to Tires Plus. I ordered tires on line from Tire Rack and picked Tires Plus to install them. I selected an appointment date and time online when I ordered the tires (8 AM). I called Tires Plus on Monday to follow up and let them know that I also wanted an oil change and a pressure sensor for one of the wheels repaired/replaced. I was told the earliest appointment they had available for Thursday was 10 AM. Which is not a problem, I just need to pick the car up in time for a 3:30 PM appointment. I was told it would be ready by 1:00 or 2:00. They also told me that their tool for replacing the pressure sensors was broke and they wouldn't be able to address that. So now I'm going to have to pay someone else to take the tire back off and repair the sensor, and pay for it to be balanced and installed again. I called for an update at 2:30 and they told me it was in the shop now. So I figured it should definitely be done soon and got a ride to the shop, just to be to be told they still need another hour. How long does it take to replace three tires and do an oil change? They have now had the car for 5 hours. So I had to get a ride to my appointment and then back again to pick up my car after the appointment. Then I drive the car home, get out and noticed greasy hand prints all over the car. Obviously they don't put anything over the fender to protect it or clean their hands before closing the hood or getting into the car. I wasn't going to leave this review, I was going to inform them of these issues using the survey link that is on the invoice. But the survey link doesn't work! So my only option to provide feedback is publicly.

I never do reviews but I have to this time. I made an appointment for 4 new tires at 12pm. It's now1:57pm and they just started working g on my car. I get being busy and a little behind but you have to communicate that with your customer. I was told it would be 2 hours which is crazy to just change tires but okay I'll go with it, but your just pulling the car in now after a 2 hour wait is a disgrace.

Went to get an oil change when I came to pick up my car they didn’t reset the oil button. They also left greasy hand print all over the inside and outside of my car. I couldn’t even sit in my car had to clean it and wipe it down before i got in. I wish i took picture of the inside I only took one of the outside. The guy came out to reset the oil button and saw me cleaning up their mess all over my car and didn’t even acknowledge it. Will never go back.

my wife went in for an oil change as she had done many times before. when she left she noticed there was oil residue on the outside of her car, streaks by her door and even a dirty footprint left inside her car. they even CHIPPED HER HOOD. absolutely unacceptable. i have contacted corporate about this incident and am attaching photos. this is UNACCEPTABLE behavior from a business that had a simple job. I have spent the past 3 hours trying to wrap my head around how exactly an oil change could have gone so wrong? i am genuinely confused, aghast, and flabbergasted. this situation is preposterous and could have been avoided if care had been taken with this simple job. it’s not surgery, its an oil change.

I've had a average experience with Tires Plus at Franklin Mills, service has always been reliable and efficient. However, their customer service is fairly average. My main concern is with the pricing of their PA inspection stickers, which I find to be significantly inflated. They really need to address this issue to provide better value. Overall, I appreciate the service, but there's room for improvement in pricing transparency.

My disappointment began by booking an appointment for an oil change. I submitted the request early in the morning the day before. I never received a confirmation so I tried calling multiple times that day and the big lazy guy that works at the front (whom confirmed that he was at the front all day that day) must've had the phone off the hook because no calls were getting through all day long. So I showed up the next day. The appointment was never confirmed. I had to wait several hours for an overpriced oil change ($105 for a Honda Civic with synthetic oil). I asked for a simple request, to have the bottom cover mounted after the oil change as it was detached, and the workers in the back bays were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional except for 1. They even forgot to reset the oil life warning and change the windshield due date sticker which is the least they could've done for $105. This new crew, from front to back, is the worst I've seen in the 10+ years I've been a customer. I WILL NEVER RETURN and these employees should receive some type of consequence for their unprofessionalism.

They did not have the tires that were ordered on site.. Had to pay more for different tires. told it would take 1 week to have the ones i ordered delivered . The price was almost ($200.00) than the out the door price. I had no choice but to get them as i was leaving for Florida in the next few hours.. I will never use them again WHAT A RIPOFF

I got my oil changed at Tires Plus on 6/26/24, and a week later, on 7/3/24, my car shut down in the middle of the street while I was driving! I had it towed to my mechanic, who checked the oil and found none on the dipstick. There was nothing in there, not even dirt! My mechanic would not touch anything on the car and noticed the leak when it was parked. He told me that whoever did my oil change was liable and advised me to have them put in a claim to get a new engine because that could have severely affected my engine. I had no vehicle for the holiday, July 4th! I had it towed back to Tires Plus on 7/5/24, but the manager was not there, so I had to come back the next day, 7/6/24. On 7/6/24, they admitted they screwed something too tight, which cracked and caused the leak. They replaced the piece. However, my engine is not running the same after operating with no oil in it! I contacted Tires Plus on 7/8/24 after speaking with my mechanic about what Tires Plus did instead of replacing the engine. When I spoke with Nick, the store manager, he said he had put in a claim two days prior for a new engine when he got to work on 7/6/24. Today, he called me and said that the district manager, Brandy Ward, is denying the claim. My car had NO issues before this oil change, and Tires Plus is liable for that. PLEASE NOTE that July 7th marked one year since I have had my car. I am the second owner, and when I bought my car, it had barely 55,000 miles on it. I had no warning lights on in my car and only needed a simple oil change when I brought it to Tires Plus. Now, the car does not accelerate as quickly when I press the gas pedal. It takes more time to accelerate than before this incident. When I remove my foot from the gas to brake, it slows down much faster than it did before, and it does so without me braking. It is a scary feeling and reminds me of the day my car stopped in the middle of the street because of the mistake with my oil caused by Tires Plus. I’m actually scared for my safety driving this car after Tires Plus of Franklin Mills did this! I am trying to contact any and everyone to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I need a new engine and they are liable!

I came in to Tires Plus needing two tires.. I have an AWD vehicle and I know you should replace both tires when a problem occurs... It was after 4pm on a Sunday when I got there... The service writer, Ricky, listened to my problem, recommended a good tire, and took me right in... Joseph, the tech, got my tires finished for me and I was out of there within 30mins... I couldn't ask for better service !!!

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Someone called this place a scam and I couldn’t agree more. They charged me for a service that I DID NOT ask for and never fixed my flat tire issue. They messed up my lug nuts putting my original tire back on. Felt like this was done on purpose because the one guy murmured under his breath “a waste of my time.” So thanks for making my situation worse than it was when I came in.

Can in with one flat tire that needed to be replace… at 7:15am.. front desk guy was unprofessional.. I also stated that I had coverage which my insurance covered he lied and said they don’t take claims until 9am… he didn’t call until 8:30 am and the claims department opened at 7 am.. I didn’t leave until 9 for one tire replacement.. also asked for a receipt it took him 15 minutes to write up a receipt.. I would not recommend this place please if you can go to another tire place an they lied and said I needed all tires replaced because they had holes in them which was a complete lie

Made an apt online for 11. Just to get a new tire changed . They told me max 2 hours . So I go do something for 2 hours , come back and my car wasn’t even touched . Then they want to whisper to each other to grab my keys and start working on my car . I just find it crazy.

This tires plus is horrible now, used to go to this place for all my car needs, but the staff is horrible now. Wouldn't recommend coming here, or to this company at all. Tires Plus customer service and claims is unprofessional, they try to put words in your mouth to say you are denying the claim. I wish I had a recording of my call, because it's just proof that this company has less than a 2 star consumer review.

Workers there do a satisfactory job. However DO NOT USE THE TIRES PLUS WEBSITE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Twice now I have done so and the person helping me at the desk has told me that the only info they had was my appointment time, name and make of car. Not why I was there! I thought the first time may have been a glitch but then it happened again. The first time was for a full tire replacement and they didn't know why I was there and didn't have the tires their terrible website offered me as a choice. They were kind enough to price match the tires they were able to get instead. Unfortunately it ruined the plans I had for the day as I had made a very early appointment and ended up having to come back in the afternoon because they had to wait for the tires to be delivered. The second time was when I had to return when some debris at the side of the road had damaged one of the tires. They again had no idea why I was there and this time because I had had to take a set of tires outside of their usual stocking range this time I had to wait over a week for a replacement. The employees themselves are fine but are clearly hampered by a lousy computer system. I wouldn't tell you to avoid them but I advise you to call to make your appointment and steer clear of their useless website.

With a appointment & arriving early .. waited a total of 2 hours for a oil change with a filter replacement . Whats the point of an appointment if you still have to wait ? + feel overly charged for the price of synthetic oil . staff is friendly but Don't recommend if you want to be in & out !

These are the greediest scammers that I have ever met. They just told me that I need brakes and rotors. The cost was closep p to $500. I just got brake pads 5 months ago so I took it to a friend of mine and he told me that at l might need to change the pads but the rotors were in perfect shape. I bought the pads for $40 and he charged me another $40 to put them on. Took about a half hour..And I saved myself about $400.. The people who run this place get commissions and bonuses based on sales. They will tell you anything in order to get the price up. Trust me when I tell you that there people don't have your best interests at heart.
