Service was a simple oil change. But not happy with their pricing tricks! DO NOT go to this place if they offered a coupon on their website and you believed it for its value in knocking off some real bucks. I have been paying about $85 normal price for synthetic oil (5 QT for small car) change every time at the dealership. This place offered a $30 coupon on their website for synthetic oil change. And that offer kept popping up all over online as advertisements once you visited their website. I figured since I needed an oil change anyways, I'd give them a try. I figured even if they were $90, my final cost would be $60. Boy was I wrong! While collecting the key, the guy said their small car synthetic oil change costs $115 retail and then $30 off coupon for $85 final cost! LOL!!! Yay I got an awesome deal... Anyways, I take some responsibility for the goof-up for assuming that their retail cost on something as simple as oil change would be on par with every other place. But I still felt like a borderline scam to tempt normal un-suspecting (not very smart) folks to get in to pay full price with their deceiving coupon offers... I suggest you call them and clearly ask what their price would be after the coupon offered before you decide, so there are no surprises. O well, already Unsubscribed to their emails/texts and cleared my browser cookies.

I stopped in today with low pressure on my front right tire. The guys were able to help fix a faulty valve core and get me going again. I’m from out of town and the really impressed me with their speed of service and courtesy. Will definitely go back with any future needs.

We called in on a Saturday with a flat and they said if we could get in there in 5 minutes before their rush they would get us right in, and they did! Nice waiting area with water bottles for customers. Friendly staff and fast service!

Booked online, i expected a call saying they can't do it. Guy said can't get tire and that was it. didn't offer anything else. I recommend you take your business elsewhere or at least a place that wants it.

I just needed some air added to my tires as it was alerting me low air pressure. They filled all tires up free, very professional and pleasant. The gentlemen servicing was a new employee from Kenya. Thank You !!😊

Needed our tires read torqued after a tire change somewhere else - had to travel to the airport in Sioux Falls before we got it done and they did it for us for free! Great service - super friendly!

The gentleman who set up my appointment was very professional! Although, when I arrived the other guy behind the counter seemed like he was so overwhelmed with phone calls and paperwork that he seemed a little agitated when I approached the counter for service! The appointment was a waste of time, because Tires Plus doesn't have the equipment or knowledge to repair BMW's. If, you own this type of car, save yourself the trouble and take it to the dealership.

Tires Plus was a life saver when a flat left me stranded. The service was quick even without an appointment and the with the shop being very busy. Andy was the best provider of service and information that I've ever seen in a repair shop. I'll recommend Tires Plus to everyone.

Was told by another place my tire was unrepairable and needed to get a new tire. Came to TiresPlus because they had the same tire. Showed the staff the tire and was told, “ We can fix that.” Saved a great deal of money. Staff is fantastic. Thank you!

Arrived to the tire shop 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire. We had to stop here to get it fixed to finish our drive to Brookings. We are here from Texas to move our daughter to college at SDSU and have driven over 1000 miles but was refused service because the tire would take at least 45 minutes to fix and they closed in 5 minutes. All other tire shops were closed in the area. Luckily we found Costco open and had to purchase a membership so they could fix our flat.

Andy was incredibly helpful and squeezed us in to mount a new spare for our trailer on our route to the Black Hills after we had to use the current spare due to a blow out. Great. Customer service and quick at that!!

Never fixed the problem. Instead fixed something else which cost 700$. Then was told the original thing I wanted fixed would be another 300$.

Recently had an alignment here after getting suspension work done at a nearby shop. The local shop forgot to install 2 of 4 lower ball joint bolts on one side of the vehicle!! This is a huge problem with the other shop and a safety concern! Tires plus completely missed this- as a result I drove on this vehicle until more problems arose. The original shop was more than apologetic and made things right. Tires plus took zero responsibility in checking the safety of the vehicle (they were told suspension work was just completed). A quick phone call to them lead to a very rude experience with Andy who simply sat on the phone silently. Looks like the tech 04 Michael worked on my vehicle. They will align your vehicle, but do not expect anything else besides the bare minimum.They do not care about the most basic safety concerns. The location of these bolts were literally right in the middle of where the tech was working to complete the alignment. Update: Manager called and genuinely cared - offered a refund etc, I will continue doing business here - again don't expect them to do safety checks or go out of the way. Consider it JUST an alignment place. Techs are overly busy and it sounds like they are just trying to get to the next job.

I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus after having a new set of tires installed by another shop. My steering wheel had developed a significant vibration after the new tires were installed. After about five visits over the span of a month, the other shop could not fix the issue. Tires Plus rebalanced my wheels and rechecked the alignment. The issue was fixed in one short visit. The staff were friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated.

On Sunday, we needed a new tire put on our wheel after it being blown out on the Interstate. Our day had not gone as planned and this was the crucial stop on this long journey. They were busy and there was only one guy working the garage floor. However, Tim, the gentleman working the front, stated he could squeeze us in and have it done in an hour or two. We were extremely grateful. We left to go wait somewhere and in about a half an hour, he called and said it was ready. Super impressed by their kindness and quickness. Highly recommend going to Tires Plus for your tire needs!
