I advise you not to use this location, Edy (store manager) very rude, My car Cadillac XT5 thermostats issue to be replaced. Message was: (steering assist is reduced drive with care) I spoke to Paul (AM) said cost 59.50 diagnostic, 2 hours later called said we have to deep into soft wear cost 118.99 i accepted, couples hours later called said will cost $2200 to be repaired, he said needs to change many parts we have to remove the top engine this will cost over 9 hours labor work, As well need 5 days for parts. I said can’t afford this cost he started going down in total cost to $1775 (that’s after Paul transfer my call to Edy (here Edy said can’t go less I have to pay my store rent bla bla, he said if you want not to replace the gasket I can go down $100 , I asked to be replaced That was by the end of the day. The next mid day Paul called me said Your car is ready you can pickup your car. As well said we didn’t replace the gasket technician said no need to be replaced. Here I really felt I been screwed, suddenly in couples hours all done even parts and labors. Here I asked to dropped the cost to $1500 by take of the price of Gasket and the labor. He dropped $70 only. Sure I wasn’t happy as I said but what I can do I have to pay to take my car. I called the corporation to do a claim, customer service didn’t even talk to me just transferred the call to Paul at the store. I was sick I waited for 2 days went to store to get my car sure I asked for more discounts to reach $1500. Paul was nice but said can’t you must talk to Edy (volleyball) Before that when I came in the store Paul wasn’t inside the office where usually he sit behind the counter, Edy was there I asked for Paul, he said you have to go inside the workshop (because there was a client sitting in the waiting room) I said why he doesn’t come here, I sad I’m not insured to be inside the workshop, is it because you don’t want the client to hear what’s going on then I get to Paul inside the workshop, Paul only dropped $70 for the gasket. Back to the office I respectfully finalized all in the office with Edy, I paid total $1638.44 Parts $343.32 Labor $1145.81 Shop supplies $35 Sales tax $114.31 Gently I paid the full cost took my car.without letting the client what was going as respect.

Customer service is always their number one priority. The manager Ed is always friendly and the staff is extremely professional. The added bonus is the cleanliness of the entire facility not to mention I am always pleased with my service. Here I am again and again I am satisfied! First, the guy at the front was extremely rude. He does not know how to work with costumer. The big old guy with the long gray hair. I thought about getting my keys back and be out of there, but unfortunately I needed the service. Second: the oil and filter change were overpriced. Its been the most expensive one I have ever had.

Was called off twice because the tires "had not arrived" after being told they were the store. Eventually, I arrived for the installation (4 o'clock scheduled appointment) and it took 3 HOURS to install the 2 tires. Driving home, one of the tire pressure monitors disconnected and not I have to bring the car back again. I'll just go to the dealer or even Costco next time.

We took our car here to replace brake pads. Left with a check engine light followed by a blown motor. STAY FAR AWAY! In summary, we’ve serviced all of our vehicles here (over 12+ years). Never had an issue. On 9/29/24, brought our Lincoln MKX and requested a brake system check. The team assessed the vehicle and recommended brake pads and a battery replacement (still under warranty through TiresPlus). I picked up the vehicle a couple hours later. To our surprise, the Check Engine light came on and the car started shaking immediately. Notified the team, we were initially told it was the “terminal”. Left the car overnight for them to conduct further investigation, and received the call the next afternoon that water entered the motor and no longer is operating. We dealt with Ed the store manager. At first, very pleasant. He wanted us to use their internal investigator unit to get to the bottom of what happened. The results obviously were favorable for their store. We requested that we tow the vehicle to the Ford/Lincoln dealership for an unbiased assessment. That’s when the customer service changed for the worse. We saw Ed’s true colors and no longer felt like a valued customer. We are still actively working this case with Ford on making us whole. Just be careful with coming to this location (Specifically New Tampa). Very negligent and poor customer service.

First I want to thank the manger Ed and his team at Tire plus. I brought my vehicle in for a maintenance repair and a simple innocent mistake was done during the maintenance process, and there was a big misunderstanding with me and the tire plus crew. Ed was patient and took full responsibility of fixing my vehicle to 100% standards! This tire plus location is undermanned and they are doing their best to ensure honest and safe work for their customers. I appreciate the integrity of the manager Ed and his crew. Thank you!

I called them and asked the price for Tesla tire rotaion before taking appointment, and they gave me a quote around $30 . So I went ahead with the appointment as the nearby Firestone also charging same amount for Tesla Tire rotation. When I take my car for appointment, the front desk quoted me $91 for tesla tire rotation. Thats a rip off. I had to pay this time as I dont want to waste my time scheduing another appointment in another store. Avoid this store and save your time and money, as other near by stores charing only $23 for Tesla Tire rotations. Hope this helps the nearby Tesla owners in the community.

I took my Tesla to change tires. They put the wrong tires and also they charge me for alignment that they did not know how. I had to take it to Tesla to pay for alignment again. The wrong tires that they put on my Tesla did not last even a year, When they were under warranty with Tire Plus, They did not accept responsibility and did not give me any credit for. Dear excuse for not giving me credit was that they installed the wrong tire on my Tesla!!? Believe it or not!! I stay away from this nonsense people.

Paul the service manager is awesome, very patient, explains things, very courteous, great customer service experience. An Nathan set up my appointment for 4 new tires, he was also very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to have my vehicle worked on if I have any problems.

The best experience I ever had at any tire shop. Not only was the tire changed faster than the time they stated it should be done but, technician showed my husband and I exactly what happen to our tire and where it was punctured. Awesome job guys! Even the customer service was on point!

Went to Tires Plus on a Saturday because my tire pressure was low. Their technician found two bubbles that could have resulted in a blowout, and suggested the best tires for Florida weather. They would have had the repair done that day, but I wanted to check with my road hazard policy with another shop, who wasted 4 hours of my time to just deny the claim. Tires Plus got the repair done quickly and ON A SUNDAY, and were efficient in getting me in and out of their shop. Great place!
