I have a relatively low mileage Honda Accord great car. However. Repairs are needed...Nothing is cheap. Will, Justin and Damien are very good at looking at the big picture this wrong lets fix 3 things since we are in there and that is how Honda designed there cars. Excellent work always under repair pal. Thank you Will. Jermaine S, Sales and Service Specialist provided prompt and courteous service and replaced four badly worn tires within a few hours. They also changed brake fluisxand beat the Dealers fee ( we saved 50%). He provided a competitive quote for the set of new tires and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. We have been coming to this location for over 15 years and would continue to recommend this location to friends and family.

Super helpful and nice! They just asked that you call for your appointments because the online system doesn’t know all of the appointments they have in the store. But they still worked me in!

Great service at reasonable rates. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done on my vehicle. I have bought new tires from them, had my oil changed, front end alignments, and brake jobs for all four wheels.

I was a complete stress case after getting through hurricane Milton and discovering a flat tire and everyone around trying to survive without electricity. How would I get to work if there's nothing open to look at, repair, or replace my tire? How would I replace the spoiled food in my refrigerator? How could I get through any of this without a car? Sheer panic. Until I called Tires Plus. The person who answered said, yes, they had their power back and to come by before they got busy. The service was wonderful and the staff was even better: they were pleasant, professional, and, most importantly, able to calm down a clearly distraught customer. I took their advice and replaced 2 tires and will return to replace the other two.

* * * * * talk about getting worked into the schedule. . .! Expeditious, that it was! Being there at 7:15 helped, but considering it was Tire-sale-Day and i wasn’t “next” i was in and out the first time (rim changeover, two destroyed tires-CAN ONLY BE DONE one at a time!) in less than 30 minutes howdy to sign the statement. I got to pay for both at the same time and the tire was set out waiting for my return to put the donut back in the trunk, rotate my tires and realigned my front end and back tires too. Once you buy your tires from Tires Plus, you pay lower prices on future purchases. I found that out by surprise. Then they just want to take care of you.

They basically scammed me and got away with it. On two separate phone calls and the day of at the front counter I made it clear that I was requesting the 62.99 tires. They then emailed me an invoice after the procedure was done showing the $111 tires were used. When I confronted them, they seemed to just chalk it up to a misunderstanding, but said they can’t take the tires off that they’ve already been put on because the work has been done. To their credit, Jermaine was very nice at the front desk and offered me a discount for my troubles. A gesture that I definitely appreciated it in the moment, but wouldn’t have been necessary in the first place if the guys didn’t scam me by putting more expensive tires on the vehicle than I had requested.

I called in with a flat tire was in a time crunch. Manager said I have the tire in stock and I can get out serviced in 45 minutes!!! Great customer service

Prices are EXTREMELY high here! Went in for front brakes.....almost $700....ridiculous. My new mechanic would have charged half that. They recommended back brakes as well because according to them, they were on their last leg. That would have been $600. I brought it in to my new mechanic and low and behold.....the brakes were not that worn. I went ahead and replaced them for only $150!. Tires plus is way out of control on pricing.

Been coming here for years. They are always honest and do a great job getting me in and out when I have an appointment. I got a flat tire yesterday and had my car towed here. James went above and beyond assisting me on the phone and when I got to the store as they were closing. My car was ready the next morning as promised.

I just had 4 new tires put on my car and was a little surprised when they also checked out other areas as well. They Visually showed me I needed to replace my air cleaners and flush the brake line fluid. I would’ve never known to check them or that they really needed to be replaced as I’m not a mechanic. That’s above n beyond doing just tire service and for that I’m very appreciative. Again it wasn’t them just telling me, they Visually showed me. I would definitely recommend them for your Next tire service. I know I will. Very resonably priced as well. Thank You

This place overcharges. They charged me $205 for a condenser that costs $85, $341 for 18oz of R-1234 refrigerant that costs $135 (I can provide links for the all cost of these materials). That's more than 100% markups, corporate greed at another level. Tires Plus / Firestone will never work on my car again. Be warned against their super greedy practices.
