By far the BEST Tires plus I have been to. I have been to several over the years, but this location is the best. Juan Hector and Emilio always go over and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and have been given the best customer service. I highly recommend using them for you tires and more.

Juan at the front desk could not have been more kind, patient, and friendly. He was juggling several customers the day after the hurricane, low staff issues, and made us all feel welcome! He is a super star for sure!

Orlando and Emilio were excellent and saw to me and my car after the hurricane. They were very compassionate and helped me a great deal when they were stretched thin and overworked. I greatly appreciate their hospitality and understanding. If you need a place for tires, come here!

Decent prices and my tires were done in a reasonable amount of time. That said, attention to detail seemed to be lacking a bit. Left giant patches of grease on the tires that then flung onto my car - didn't look like there was any effort to wipe the excess off after installing the tires. Also all of my tires were at different air pressures- 38, 35, 36, and 34. A quick stop at the gas station got them even bit shouldn't have been necessary

Just lost a customer. Came in for a conventional oil change on my car like I have many times before and Emilio decided that I needed a full synthetic oil change for almost double the cost.

Manager went above and beyond to obtain new tires for my car (very odd size). I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and vehicle service. Cannot say enough positive things about this shop!

This probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. Everytime their machine is down or there’s some reason why they can’t do whatever. I set appointment and still nothing works or there’s some reason why it can’t be done.

Hector was so awesome and sympathetic! I came in an emotional wreck and he was so helpful. I arrived 30 minutes before closing expecting a quick tire plug install ,and he educated me that my issue was far more severe than just a plug. He offered payment arrangements that was stress free , didn’t make me feel rushed and was super patient throughout the process. I really appreciated his excellent service

They listened to my auto needs and financial situation. After inspecting the car, they told me exactly what maintenance my old car needed to be safe hauling a camper on a road trip - from top priority to eventually this will need to be replaced. Saved me lots of money in comparison to the dealership and my car was ready well before the end of the day. Aside from how kind they were, I loved getting an email before agreeing to the work. It came with pictures of every part that needed maintenance and the price.

Bait and switch technique ! I called before coming here because I’m driving on a broken rim and run flats . I specifically asked if they can weld out a lug bolt that’s stuck . They said yeah no problem we do that. The second I get there they say oh no we can’t but we can quote you for a new hub. Super frustrating when someone’s having car trouble and go out of their way to a get a service you said you can do . Avoid at all costs.

I don’t live in Tampa, but would recommend it to the locals. My son had a blow out while visiting the city and Tire Plus was able to help him and guide him. They were thorough in inspecting the car and letting him know of their recommendation.

The great customer service I receive every time I go there and the low prices. I have shopping at Tires Plus for many many years including all of sons and daughters including their friends. I highly recommend Tires Plus!!

Two banners hang outside this Hillsborbough location that say ‘Free Brake Check’ and ‘Free courtesy Check’. I went in this morning and Emilio was unwilling to help and insisted it would be $100 to just check my tires. He said free checks applied to my battery only. He was very dismissive and clearly just wanted to give me an outrageous price so I would leave . Waste of my time on my only day off.

A terrible service, you change a part of your car you take it to be aligned and it happens that according to them the part is bad, but when you tell them that it is new they tell you that it was badly installed, better go to a Firestone they are more professional

I came here to check my tyres , evethough i didnt had an appoinmnet, the service manager Juan, a very nice man ,give me a slot in between. Another guy called Junior, checked my tyre and found out the defect and repaired it.Both of them are professional people. Had a very good experinece here.

I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Showed up for said appointment, no appointment. In person I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I showed up Juan who scheduled the appointment left me standing for at least 5 minutes. He then came into the office shaking his head and tells me it's going to be at least 2 hours did the devil with Juan and this tires Plus.
