(South Dale Mabry location) I did not purchase any tires here because I can find cheaper deals elsewhere, which is the only reason 4 stars & not 5. However, the manager Willie, was prob the best most reasonable 'tire place' employee I've ever come across. Did not try to sell me on anything my car didn't need, did not try to sell me their more expensive brand of tires, etc. He even searched for cheaper deals for me from competitor tire companies. He was simply 'matter of fact' & honest when speaking w me. Did not charge me anything for the time spent assessing my vehicle even though I didn't buy anything. Extremely rare to have that type of experience at any tire or mechanic place anywhere.

Love this store - the guys make me feel important and are always honest in their service recommendations. I never feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when I take my vehicle in to Tires Plus (as a woman, there aren't a ton of auto service centers I can say that about). Thanks to Willie at the front for always being so super kind and helpful!

Brought my own tires to have them put on, guy claimed they could get the same ones but cheaper so I went through a lot of hassle to return them in person to Walmart. Came back and the tires they tried to put on were trash donut tires made in china, not the ones I was told they would put on. Come here if you just want salespeople not interested in actually helping you and trying to make a buck. I told them to get screwed, repurchased the tires I originally wanted, and went somewhere else that was conveniently cheaper too.

I brought my car in with a flat tire and within 12 hours, I had two new tires and an alignment. I wasn't able to get my car before heading out of town for the weekend, so the staff proactively kept in touch and made arrangements to bring my car inside overnight. My husband brought his car in a few months prior with a similar issue and we received the exact same professional and courteous service, so I will remain a loyal customer and share my wonderful experience in appreciation.

Another great experience. Less than 24 hour turn around on an entire new a/c and brake job. Always a fair price and great service. Anthony and team are honest and reliable. They've kept my 2012 Odyssey going strong!

TIRES PLUS BEWARE Dropped our car for new tires and came back with very scratched up car rims and tires. They took no responsibility despite it being obvious the damage is new (new tires dinged up and rims dinged/scratched to high hell in same spots). There is yellow paint in the damaged areas flaking off. Looks like someone hit something with our car. Will never take a car there again!

I have brought all three of my cars here and my boat trailer over the last 3 weeks. The guys working the front desk are professional and the work is done with quality and the waits aren’t long. I would recommend this Tires Plus location.

Personnel: great; Attentive, professional, friendly. Work time: fair. I'm glad to have received the suggestion from their sister company Firestone. Prices: very fair, no complains. I think I'm going to be going back to them. They were not busy and they got the job done timely.

Tire place is a great place to go to get your vehicle fixed. Hector goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and they do great work I've been going there for over 15 years for tires and mechanical issues and always have been satisfied when I walk out the door with price and service

The customer service was excellent, and the mechanic James was great. He did everything they told me they were gonna do and it was done in a timely manner. The mechanics there are hard workers and deserve praise as well as customer service.

The staff here is a joke & know nothing about customer service.Running their mouth more than they work, move very slow, don't acknowledge you when you walk in & "brand new tires" last about a month here.I did an oil change here & my car has been making loud noises ever since.Run from here.

Best tire and service place in South Tampa. This store replaced the iconic downtown Tampa Firestone store which had to give way for added City/County offices. Good people with fast, reliable service.

I did not have an appointment but the got me right in and finished the work exactly in the amount of time that was promised. I went on a bike ride up Bayshore and did not have to wait at all upon my return. Easy in, easy out. The manager Willie is a top notch mechanic and manager.

I brought my tire there with a huge nail on it. Fully expected I would probably have to buy a new tire. The manager Willie was ethical, efficent, friendly and repaired the tire for $36. Really appreciate the service.
