Nick called before my appointment and worked with me to get the time that would be beneficial to both of us as I was flexible on time and he worked with me to get tires at a price point we agreed on due to not having the tires in stock that I wanted.

I left my car overnight in Tires Plus parking lot. I called there 1st thing the next morning. Nick was very nice. He went out and looked at my flat tire. He said he had 2 tires in stock for me to choose from. He said to come in any time that day and they would take care of me. When I arrived, I asked how long it would be before they could get my car in. He said they could get it in and a new tire put on in about an hour. I waited and when he called my name, I was surprised. I said, already? I will recommend this place to anyone who may need this service. Outstanding customer service!

Spent over 3 hrs at location waiting for an alignment that I had an appointment for. Finally got vehicle back and the alignment sheet was blank on the top section. Lower section was in the green besides the camber. Was told camber bolts were seized. This vehicle doesn't even have adjustable camber bolts and the struts had just been replaced so the bolts were not seized. Brought back for a realignment Saturday and spent another 1.5 waiting and was told it was aligned completely wrong the first time with the incorrect specs. Took vehicle and test drove and still pulled to the left hard. Returned to have it rechecked. Was told it was a tire issue so they swapped the front tires. Once my warranty on the alignment is over I won't be back. My keys sat in the done window for over 30 mins before a associate started on my paperwork.

We were from out of town. Running errands for the day when all of a sudden Heard a pop like a back fire. Checked dials, car was not overheating. Pulled into Tires Plus. They saw my tire was throwing the tread and hitting underneath my car. They fit us into their busy schedule and replaced 2 tires for us and a turn signal that was out. I made an appointment to replace other 2 tires and the battery. I have made them my store now.

Appt schedule online 12 to 1pm. Take my car in at 8am drop it off explain my situation about just needing a patch on my tire. Yep we can do that yadadada. 45$ for tire inspection and 10$ for winterizing etc. Cool. I come back at 1pm...car still on the jack at 145 nothing has been done. Try telling me I had a bad tire. I know for a fact I don't. I just need a hole filled and patched. Well we can't do that sir you need a new tire. 55$ qoute turns into 200$+ I said no thank you take my car down. Took them 20 mins to even get the Damn car back down. Wasted my time. My ride to even to the shops time. I take my flat car down the road to Expert Car Care. They patched it for free in 5 Mins. Don't EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE INTO TIRES PLUS. BUNCH OF LIARS AND LAZINESS IN THAT GARAGE.

Do not honor their online appointments, make you drive to them just to be told that they will keep your car overnight as if it is a given and try to hustle you and intimidate you. Disgusting employees and behavior.

Having made an appointment the day before, I dropped off my car at Tires Plus, N. Rock Road, Wichita, at 10 a.m. the following morning and was told the work would be completed by the end of the day. It was just a simple oil change, tire rotation (bought my tires at the store), and a safety check. At 6 p.m. I called the store for an update. After being on hold for several minutes and disconnected once, I finally spoke to the young woman who said the car wouldn't be serviced that day. She was very apologetic and promised it would be serviced first thing the next day. I understand that sometimes workers don't show up and some repairs get backed up, but a call earlier to notify me of the situation would have been good client relationship building. The people there are very friendly and do good work, but this is not the first time my car has been held overnight. For an oil change, I found the circumstances disappointing.

The gentleman at the desk yelled at the computer for over 10 minutes while I stood quietly before I explained that I'd be going elsewhere. Usually not the experience I get, so I was super disappointed. Customer for over 5 years.

I needed a tire replacement so I booked an 11am appointment, I even called around 10:30 like they asked through email and I spoke to a lady, everything seemed alright. I show up, the staff is kind and it’s quick and speedy. Fast forward I leave my car there and find a place to stay for a bit because they said they were busy inside. A few hours go by and they haven’t called me or updated me on my car. Eventually I call them around 3:30 and they let me know they’re busy and my car was in for all day, so it should be done by the end of their store hours. Fast forward again, it’s 6:15pm, the store closes 7, I call about my car and they say they weren’t able to get around to it. Now, i understand they were maybe backed up but why not call me in advanced to let me know you might not get to it in time so I can take my car else where instead of making me waste my entire day only for my tire to not even be replaced.

Don't waist your time I had an appointment with them at 10am to get a front end break job and didn't get my vehicle back until after 6pm. I could hear a lot of horseplay, loud talking and laughter in the garage. I've worked as a mechanic and I could see the unprofessionalism at this location. Over 8 hours for a break job is unacceptable.

Friendly customer service. The lady that helped my wife and I was knowledgeable , friendly and respectful. She was able to get the alignment on my wifes van done on the same day that we called. Which was on a Sunday. I feel that being able to get this done on a Sunday was extremely helpful. Thanks Again.

The website showed an open time so made an appointment (replace both front tires) but when the store called, they were actually booked for the week and didn't have an opening until the next week. The store asked if I could drop it off for the appointment and they would make every attempt to get it done that day or by the evening of the next. They completed the work (even with being very busy) by the next afternoon. Excellent work and customer service. Thank you!!

I asked Nick to give me a call and let me know what needs to be done before doing my alignment because I didn’t want to waste my time or money if it needed more. He went ahead and did the alignment then told me it was ready but I need a control arm replaced. This would be another $775. Then I would have to bring it back for another alignment after I get that fixed unless I get it done there. I didn’t appreciate him not calling me first and doing something that was pointless until I get the other work done! I don’t recommend them because he keeps talking over me and not acknowledging that he did not call me first! Now wants payment! lol!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I expressed concerns about cost and other known issues and they take the time to explain the process and how they can help keep the costs down. Chad is always helpful and explains options and refers other businesses if they can't do something or someone else would be a better option.

They Checked out my truck and let me know that there were a few issues that needed to be resolved in order to complete my alignment. I was able to address those and now my truck is aligned.

I came in to have my brakes inspected to ensure they did not need to be replaced. I wanted to actually see my brakes and rotors. I just wanted to be educated on what to look for and understand the braking system. This company was FABULOUS and showed me how to assess my brakes and rotors. I loved the transparency and education, it made me feel like it was okay to ask questions and learn! This is the type of service all dealerships and business should offer. I will 1,000% come back when it is time for my brakes to be replaced. Bonus point they offer 0%-6 month financing.

My husband's car need extra work done that they could not do Sara took it upon herself to call another mechanic shop that she used to work for and explained what the issues were this other place said they could fix it all. She went over and beyond to help us get his car running correctly. She even asked the other place about an issue they noticed that we never mentioned to her. All I can say is great customer service. A true asset to have working for the company. Thank you so very much.
