I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ! My tire was bent inward (STILL IS) … 1 guy told me it was an upper control arm .days Later went and got the part and another guy actually repaired it. Unfortunately the problem I had at first is still here. So I paid for something to be fixed that wasn’t broken . I actually went back to get a receipt, cuz I didn’t get 1 after I paid for a service . Because this was a different guy who did the work versus who “ told “ me what the problem was . I continued to ask him if he knew what could’ve possibly been wrong . Since it wasn’t the control arm. He gives me “ a. GUESS “ I didn’t really care too much to go back and forth . Just got my receipt and left. ! I DNT recommend to anyone . They actually made me waste over $200 for them to fix something that wasn’t broke . If u do go here just make sure u try other places to diagnose ur issues also. Don’t just go with WHAT THEY SAY. Cuz in my opinion they don’t be knowing alot..

These people almost caused a fatal accident that could’ve cost me my life. I came here to get a tire and they did not put it on right and my damn tire almost completely came off. My lug nuts screwed right off while driving. I would definitely not recommend

My Camaro had a seal broken so these goy got straight to it even though they were backed up they got my car out in 2 days and surprisingly they are pretty damn cheap compared to others and they do a amazing job too

My wife’s car a Chevy Cruze had a huge coolant leak so I took it to a nearby mechanic shop where they started trying to rip me off and said it needed a few days to get fixed so I had it towed to tires r us and these guys were amazing they got the car fixed within 2 hours and charged me a third of what the other shop wanted to charge great customer service great mechanic I will definitely be back

I went here for new tires and paid. When I got there a little over a week, I wanted to see the tires before they put them on. They were not the tires I paid for but a cheaper tire. They was going to put them on and keep the money I paid for the more expensive tire. We went back in forth where they would not give me my money back so I settled for the tire they had. They damaged my rims so bad when they were taking off the old tires and putting the new ones on. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. When I check the price of the cheaper tires they gave me, they still charged $100 more than what should have been charged. They are not BBB accredited, so find a different place to go. This place is at 8104 S. Cottage Grove Ave Chicago.

Sold me a bogus tire in an emergency as I'm a delivery driver and had a doughnut on. They then stripped the lug nuts on so it was unable to get off. The tire I bought was flat by the same night and when I went to return to them to get the tire off they were not open on a Monday morning . Bad business

Went in because the lugs on my tires were broken. They charged me $140 to fix the lugs. A week later I’m hearing the same noise I was before. I take it to my home mechanic.l and he tells me that the lugs were broken and loose again. I feel like I got scammed and they purposely left my tire that way so I could come back! Luckily I had a mechanic who I trust I just happened to need to go there last minute! Never again! Wasted a $140

Had a great experience with this tire shop, However I had a emergency and I wanted to do business again, online and on the door it said they opened at 9:30 am they was not open, I waited until 10 am and called several times no answer

I will never have them to put in another radio. Had to take somewhere else just to get everything working. I don't know who writings those positive reviews .but this place I would not recommend.

Not customer service friendly at all. I walked in, and it reeked of cigarettes. The serviceman was smoking as he was asking how he could help. The tires were not in stock, new or used. I left and went elsewhere to a more professional and customer oriented tire shop.
