Their motto? We don't hear it, we don't fix it. Brought truck in in August. Strange noise in front end. Told me they looked and couldn't find anything. So gave it back. 3 months later, tire almost falls off on the interstate. Tech this time informed me they didn't even look last night. Didn't hear a noise. So gave it back is what notes said. Now this save visit. To get my tire back on. Drive train was also making noise, told them this. Their notes say 2 techs test drove and didn't hear noise. So again, they did nothing. Pick up my truck and within 30 seconds the grinding returned. Here's how you catch them. Look at the 'mileage in" and "mileage out" notes. . They told me 2 techs drove it. But didn't put on a single mile while it was there. They take your money and perform no service. Beware

The car is running great just one idea recommendation and suggesting just more friendlier customer service when coming through the door and leaving the door your customers pay your bills and salaries so I know people don’t think about the customer when they are focused on the car but it can still go along way customer service training.

They have decent prices, helpful people and a nice place to wait with comfy chairs and tables. They also have complementary cookies and drinks while your vehicle is being serviced.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service. I’m from out of state and came to help out my dad after eye surgery. My dad needed a small leak fixed on one of his tires so I took it in while he was in surgery. We discovered his tires were pretty worn so I had all four tires replaced. Chris took me back to the vision center after my dad went to recovery and then came back and picked us up when the car was finished. They rushed to get the car done as quickly as possible so we could go home. They went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much!!

i want to start off by saying that i have had nothing but good experiences with the Minnesota Ave location. The St Michaels Cir location however i have not had a very good experience with the last few times i have used them, So let's get into it. I brought my vehicle to get an alignment done since i had just replaced all my ball joints and upper control arms, pretty simple job. The guy behind the counter told me an hour and half, no problem at all. said he would give me a call when it was done so i can pick it up. 7 hours later still no phone call, my ride has other places to be and can't wait any longer so i call in to see if it is done. the Man that answered the phone was pleasant enough. He took my information to look it up and see if it has been finished, then proceeds to tell me he needs to transfer me to a man named Bob so he can give me more information, not a problem. I get put on hold for 10 min still not a problem. Bob then answered the phone and seemed a little irritated to be on the phone, its the end of the day i get it. So i asked bob what information he needed to give me then proceeds to tell me nothing, just says its done and we hang up. I get out there to pick it up, they take my money still don't say anything to me about any problems they had. He hands me my paper and keys and walks off so i figured great everything's good. I got about a block down the road and noticed that my steering wheel is no longer centered, and at this point i don't have time to go back and deal with it. when i finally got a chance to look at the print out i noticed that they in fact were NOT able to get everything aligned properly, and i have no idea why since nobody told me anything. So i guess that's the long way of saying you need better customer service. Now i get to go spend even more money that i don't have to figure out why they couldn't get it aligned, fix it and pay for yet another alignment which i will not be getting done at this location.

Mark was very polite and helpful. I was assuming my tire was unrepairable due to how fast it went flat. They were thankfully able to repair instead of replacing it.

Was on my way home (out of town) and noticed one tire was low. Bob and the team had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The waiting area is cozy too. Great service!
