My tire pressure was dangerously low on Friday at 5pm and I called TTT for help. They told me to come in immediately and I arrived 30 minutes before closing. The management welcomed me and took the vehicle, found and fixed the issue, and never made me feel like an intrusion as it was just about closing time. Very grateful for the quick and effective service. Highly recommend this business.

Awful time management, don't know how to prioritize work to get done in a timely manner and no concept of taking care of the customer after their mistakes. Also, their counter people should take a shower. The body odor was horrid

Got a good deal, and service was excellent. Cole is the one who helped me. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy! But, BIG BUT, I need to warn you all: when you go here, stay away from the cookies! They are dangerously delicious!

I was told my car would be ready at 8 am and then told 3 times that the technician was pulling it up front but it is now 8:46 am and the technician has still not brought me my vehicle.

Took my car in because my driver's side rear tire was leaking air. I was told there was a nail in it and was charged $25 to "get it fixed". I get back home from a 10 day trip to find the same tire flat. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. A few years back I took my car in for the same problem, told it got "fixed", and ended up with a flat tire by the next morning. It makes no sense to me how this happens at a TIRES shop. It's just downright lazy. I will never be taking my business to this shop again.

We had some work done and they are always pleasant to talk to and ask questions to. And they did great work and have always warrantied their work if we had an issue down the line.

We found a screw in one of our tires as we were leaving on a trip. The folks at Tires, Tires, Tires got us in as soon as they opened and got the tire repaired quickly. I’ve been looking for a trusted mechanic and they made it very easy for me to decide NOT to trust them. Strange characters at the front desk, they didn’t listen to my concerns, so I trusted my gut and asked for my car back. Some stocky short dude pulled my car up and just walked off like someone pissed in his coffee. I’ll spend my hard earned money somewhere honest

Last night I found a hole in my tire. I was able to air it up and drop it off at Tires Tires Tires last night and left a note with the key in the night drop about what was wrong. This morning, they fixed it first thing, called me, sent a shuttle to bring me to their shop to get my car, and didn't charge me anything because it was covered because I bought the tires there! Already, I am back to regular life. They are always wonderful to work with but this experience was so beyond that I'm going to see if there are any other services that they can do for my car (it's a VW so they may not be able to, but I will check!)
