I went there because I had my spare on. I wanted a new tire but he didn't have it. I don't know why I didn't check it but he sold me a used tire from 2016. We're in 2024, that's 8 years old. I have to go change it again.

Stopped in for a tire to tide me over til I replace all four. Mark and his son were great. Got my bad tire swapped out in no time. I highly recommend them. His son is the same age I was when I started working on cars and motorcycles and it warmed my heart to see little man do the service and just bang it out. Don’t fret if he’s the one swapping your tire, he’s got it. Ten stars!

Had a screw in my tire — they were kind enough to see me within 30 minutes of me calling. Got me in and out in less than 45 minutes and charged me $30 for the plug. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but if I do, this is my first choice!

I stopped by to get a tire patched that had a slow leak and they took care of it right away. A couple other places said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it but here they were thorough, found the leak quickly, and patched it for a fair price. Will be back for sure!

The owner did a superb job, he plugged my tire temporarily because he was unable to patch the tire at that time. He did not charge me. He did an awesome job plugging the tire until I could get it patched Kudos to his helpful son also!!

Wow! I wish this shop was in my city! Our 06 Subaru’s engine decided to die on 895 on a Saturday evening. It was a hellish 4 hours being stuck on the shoulder of the beltway. I called local shops and they were either dismissive, or unable to replace oil, or wouldn’t be able to check until Monday morning. I called tires unlimited and Mark picked up right away. He was so kind, patient, and understanding and told us if we can get the car in by 8pm he’ll see what he can do. Unfortunately our tow truck driver had a hard time finding us so we weren’t able to get there by closing time. No worries, we called Mark and he said to just leave it overnight. Our car finally made it to Tires unlimited late Saturday evening and we made our way back home. The next morning, we get a text from Mark letting us know that our car arrived safely and was secured. Monday we got a call from Mark describing what happened and to have us send the previous shop’s work to see what was done. Tuesday we get a call back from Isaiah who is also extremely kind and patient. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, but should, I felt like I could ask any question and would never get a dismissive answer from either of them. I appreciated their honesty and advice as well. Their prompt communication was also appreciated especially when you’re two hours away!

I say 4 stars because he didn't have the tire I needed and sent me somewhere else that actually came out cheaper at the other location. I wanted to support his business but he was nice enough to send me to the right tire place so thank you for that
