Can I just say I had the best experience, even just from a phone conversation with owner, easy conversation excellent communication. Once I got there the whole staff was on point. The atmosphere at tire south felt like family instantly. They will always get my business and I will recommend to anyone! Salute Tire South, thank you for the job well done!!!!!!

Today was a usually busy day for a Monday evening. I am assuming from the Holiday traveling. I chose to use the self scheduler to book my appointment. With that being said, I arrived totally expected by the staff. Luckily, Travis communicated the mix up and the delay. He was very accommodating and ensured that my car would be completed even with the staff staying past closing time. I’ve been going here for years and love their thoroughness with even a simple oil change.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a business here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—especially women. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, and I left feeling completely disrespected. I came in for what should have been a simple tire alignment, but it turned into an expensive and unnecessarily drawn-out ordeal. The service took far longer than what I was initially told, and when I tried to address the delays, the manager repeatedly interrupted me and talked down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. It felt like they went out of their way to make me feel small, and the condescension was palpable. What made it worse was how they gaslighted me about the time estimate, insisting I was wrong when I know exactly how long I was there. The lack of basic courtesy, empathy, or accountability was appalling. As a woman, I’ve dealt with my fair share of dismissive attitudes, but this was on another level—it felt intentional and deeply disrespectful. I left feeling overcharged, belittled, and furious. I will never come back here, and I strongly advise others—especially women—to steer clear.

I’ve been searching for a trustworthy mechanic and by the grace of God I happen to come across these guys. Travis is a one of a kind man, genuine and gets the job done … correctly! I HIGHLY suggest doing business with Travis and TireSouth. Very pleased.

I chose this place because it has a good rating on here but the rating clearly does not reflect how poorly their business operates. I had a terrible experience here. They told me the estimate wait time was an hour, but made me wait for four hours to pick up my car. Both workers had a very passive aggressive attitude towards me and ended up overcharging me a lot for a simple service. The execution of the service was not well either. I’d not recommend this place to anyone.

Omg! This establishment represents customer service to the fullest. My daughter wasn't able to avoid a pot hole while driving in Atlanta. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to get to her. I searched online for a tire shop closes to her school and Tire South (Howell) came up. I read the reviews and decided this is the one. From the time I called and spoke to Akeen to the time she checked out with Travis, I was overjoyed with how we were treated. Travis said something to me that more businesses should put thought behind. Travis said, "Without you the customer, we would not have a job." All the way from FLORIDA, I highly recommend this establishment for your tire needs.

I always have a great experience any time I take my car to TireSouth @ Howell Mill. I worked with Travis this time and he was phenomenal. He was very informative about the repairs on my car and was able to get me the best deal for what I needed. My car feels better after every service.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The technician checked my tires and then gave me options to remedy the solution. I ended up buying four new tires for my daughter's car. I wish you had a location in Connecticut.

I cannot give this tire shop enough kudos! They saved the day for us! We were in downtown Atlanta and had a flat tire. We got the spare on and headed to Tiresouth based on their google reviews. They got our tire patched and had us on our way in less than an hour. The customer service was top notch from the two guys at the register to the repairman. Super reasonable price and quality work.

Tire South took care of me. I recently put a lift on my 01 Silverado and 2 shops turned me down with bs excuses. Tire South was up for the challenge and got me right! It’s hard to find places in Atlanta that do good honest work, I would recommend them and trust them to take care of any work on my truck.

I was recommended to come here by my mechanic and have been here several times for alignments for my vehicles. Always friendly service, best prices and they have dealership level alignment system! Love that every time after an alignment I get the before and after levels of all the values on my vehicle 10/10 Highly recommend these guys! (Usually the photo is colored showing red and green but this time the printer was out of color ink)

Ran over a nail and had a flat tire. Tire South patched my tire in under 20 minutes for a great price as a walk-in!!! If you need a reliable, efficient place for your services Tire South is the one to go to!!

I decided to go to Tire South for a set of new tires on the strong, enthusiastic recommendation of a close friend. Wow was she right! Excellent customer service. Truly excellent. Incredibly nice and knowledge staff. Highly recommend the Howell Mill location. I look forward to going back for my 5000 rotation. Please don’t change Tire South!

Went in to inquire about new tires cause I desperately needed them. Got approved for financing for all for but was only able to get two based off what I could afford. Happy with the decision and the gentlemen who helped me was very kind and helpful.

otw to Emory, my tire sensor flashed going flat. PANIC mode. Jumped off the expressway and rolled into this place. They had my tire(usually special order). Guys were awesome, friendly and professional. I was in and out. Thank you soo very much!!! 🙏
