Wow, so yesterday I needed this guy to change my tire and only had a certain amount of cash for me so I contacted my wife and she cashed app The money to be paid God tells me send the address send the address. He said he’s going to take about an hour past called him. Answer another text call no answer so I was left stranded. Had to walk all he had to do was just call me back and tell me that he wasn’t coming but instead, the guy tells me oh give me an hour. Give me an update. Nothing that’s horrible business By business owner or employee I’m all I wanted Was an update, but instead I was left on red I definitely I don’t know me personally I won’t never ever recommend this guy or whoever definitely show no sign of help plus I forgot to mention didn’t even sound like they wanted to help anyway, but but for the future, please guys just you know if you can’t make it or at a time or you give them a you know a response saying you gonna be there just be honest and let them know because I’m stranded with no car with no car now because lack of communication person didn’t want to help .

They will have the cheapest prices out of all the tire installers. If you care about the mechanical integrity of the car I would NOT recommend them. No one today puts lube on the lug studs (which they did). When I asked them to retorque the lug nuts because they tightened them in a LINE pattern (meaning tightening the lugs 1 by 1 next to each other), he told me "it doesn't really matter man" and then just left it. This is an extremely old school way of working on cars and I personally don't agree with it (up to you whether you think its a problem). Literally every single video that someone puts on or rotates their wheels says to do it in a star pattern which I have also been practicing for years. Afterwards I had to take the wheels off, clean off the lube on the studs and lug nuts with brake kleen and then also retorque the wheels properly (science will tell you it does in fact matter). The guy who installed my tires can't say "I tried to do what he wanted but he's complaining anyway" because I told him what was concerning me and then didn't do anything about it. I told him I was going to retorque the wheels myself also and just went on about his day. Also I got all 4 wheels rebalanced at a Discount Tire 2 days later and 3 of the 4 wheels were out of balance. Non car related but he also lit up a cigarette in front of my driveway as he was leaving without asking. Was extremely uninformative about the whole process, has no customer service mentality. They only get a 2 stars instead of 1 because they were the cheapest.

Safety is a priority for me , Just be aware he will not let you know if there is a unsafe issues unless he is making money off the situation.Had 4 Tires installed and we don’t know if he bent the rim or it was bent . However the tire did not fit the rim properly and was pulling when driving . He in stalled the tire on the rim and didn’t say a word it was unsafe. Now miles away in North Florida with a bent rim and tire coming off the Rim. I wish people stay giving exuse a and explanations and Be Honest. I complained and he feels I’m Scamming .. no need to scam . Safety is a priority. Highly disappointed and lost a customer .
