I needed an oil change on my Jayco class C motor home in our way to California from Alabama. I called and he worked me in the next morning and was very fast. He checked a lot of things including tire pressure. For the first time ever all of my tires indicated the same pressure on my dash. I would strongly recommend him for your tv needs.

Rest assured - if you go to Erick at TLC Fleet you will be dealing with a great and good human being. We called Erick when we broke down in neighboring city Santa Fe. We shared our plan to limp the 50 miles to him and he recommended the best route to take. He started taking notes on our issue over the phone. When we got to his shop he continued diagnosing our issue and was very thorough and accurate. We are truly grateful to Erick. Cannot recommend highly enough. Trust and you will be rewarded! Erick and his dad were amazing to me. I was traveling cross country and had a trailer failure with my lighting. They fit me in that day within hours when nobody else would, fixed the problem quickly, identified another problem with the trailer, advised me and truly cared about my safety and success of my trip. I found some angels in Albuquerque! Forever grateful for their guidance, support, skills, and kindness. There are good people in the world. Highly recommend TLC.

This is not a repair shop as listed on google, I drove 20 miles at 10 mph with stops because the engine was overheating to find out there is no repair shop, it was at a different address, before you call here check the exact address of the shop.

Drove up somewhat unexpectedly; even though Eric was super busy he made time to come out and look at my motor home. He pulled the codes with a scan tool, cleared the codes he could, gave me my options, and sent me on my way. The charges were very reasonable and the customer service was excellent! Eric at TLC is the best. We had trouble w our HWH Jacks and I was selling the coach. He worked with myself and the new buyer to fix, troubleshoot and then take time out of his busy days to work w a Novice New Buyer on how to work the unit. Time is precious and our most valuable resource. He gives from his knowledge and his heart. Give Eric your business you will NOT be sorry.

We traveled from North Carolina to see the Grand Canyon. Our Ac and starter went bad in New Mexico at an RV Park. Erick came recommended by another rv guy we called. He answered right away and walked us through the estimate of what he charges. He gave us an estimated arrival time, came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He found us the part we needed, diagnosed our ac leak and gave us the price of what it would be to replace our starter. Was a blessing to get Erick to provide quality same day service to keep our plans on track! Would highly recommend!!

My wife, three children and I have been on a trip around the US in an older 1994 E350 motor coach. If you have ever spent time on the road in an older RV, you know how hard it is to find good help, much less any help at all. Erick and his staff were like a pit crew and they knew what they were doing. We were having several issues and did some preventative maintenance as well. They fixed an exhaust leak, replaced the fuel pump and filter, took care of our distributor, ignition coil and ignition module in record time and for a reasonable price. He did not push any unnecessary repairs but we had him do much of the work as a precaution. A shop like this is very hard to find, especially with an older vehicle that most shops refuse to even look at or hose you if they do take the work. My only complaint is that he is in New Mexico and not Washington where we are from. We are very grateful for his help and getting me and my family back on the road safely!

Erick was a dream come true. He helped my stranded husband out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. He was professional and knew what he was talking about and double checked the diagnostics. He verified that the engine was seized due to a lousy mechanic's shop not putting in oil and offered to be a witness. He has gone above and beyond any mobile rv mechanic I've ever known. Erick was beaming Humanitarian of the Year Award on the other end of the line as I sat broken down off Hwy 40 Westbound. He trouble shot my issue within my car even offering the optimal solution to my now totaled car problem lol. I’m not sure if I called for auto repair or life coaching! At a time of great Peril and suffering, Erick and TLC Fleet are Shining as a Wonderous Beacon of Light and Hope at a time when the world seemingly has gone Cold in many ways. Customer service and Heart Centric Humanism are certainly NOT dead Erick Confirms. The price for replacing my master cylinder was so reasonable, I couldn’t refuse but to have my car towed into ABQ to see him! Thanks again for lighting the path in a dark time.

Eric is such a professional and truly is an amazing person. I was stranded in Albuquerque while driving cross country with a car making an awful noise and no AC. Eric extended his work hours to fit me in that day. I don’t know what I would have done without his diligence and kind manner that day. He did everything in his power to get me back on the road asap.
