I have been taking my vehicles for years. Extremely knowledgeable (master mechanic). Much better pricing than the dealership and higher quality service. He serviced my Lexus and services my Toyota. I trust this independent business owner more than the profit center for a dealership!

This was my first time at TLS Auto service They are prompt and do good job servicing the vehicles. The prices are Fair. I came here for my 50k service of Lexus. He said that he would do oil change and inspect the vehicle BUT then since this is a small shop I have to go for brake job again. Small inconvenience but fine since brake jobs take longer time. I would have given 5 starts , but want to see how my brake job goes and will update accordingly Overall for now I highly recommend TLS Auto service for any Lexus or Toyota maintenance

June 13, 2024 I just brought my Lexus on Thursday, June 13th for the 5K mile service and want to express my appreciation for Anthony's leadership and his high caliber team who is consistent, knowledgeable and experienced. Also I value the fact that TLS Auto Service only uses original OEM Toyota/Lexus parts and BG Products. Anthony is always willing and kind to answer all of my questions. Please note that I followed on a regular basis several YouTube automobile channels like The Car Care Nut—AMD who is a Toyota Master Diagnostic technician, Car Wizard—David, Scotty Kilmer and many others. Anthony and his team are efficient, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain his recommendations, what’s necessary vs what could be fixed at a later date, and prices are very fair. Like everyone has mentioned, he uses genuine Toyota parts. And aside from being a great mechanic, he’s also incredibly kind and fun to work with. I have a 2006 Toyota Prius, and I’d recommend him highly from complex repairs like replacing a combination meter to routine oil changes!

I'm a new customer of Anthony's shop. I'm super happy with the work and customer service. I had just purchased a used 2005 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4x4 and wanted to establish a relationship with a local mechanic with Toyota expertise, and to have the vehicle checked over by them. I had purchased it out of state and had it checked out there, but they were also the mechanic for the seller, so I wanted my own new mechanic to also check it out. Anthony did an oil change, but his oil changes are not just simple oil changes - they include tire rotation, safety check, just all kinds of regular maintenance that I wasn't expecting to be included. There were some things I asked him to fix that, in his opinion, weren't worth wasting money on. He also told me that the brakes and battery could wait until my next oil change in 6 months -- the dealership had said they needed to be replaced and tried to make it sound like impending doom. Which is my next point. Anthony is really about advising you to do - or not do - things that he would or wouldn't do if he owned the vehicle, himself. It was even kind of funny, because there were a couple of cosmetic things that I was ready to waste money on and he kind of forcefully talked me out of it LOL. He's passionate about not wasting money, which I really appreciate. Unless there is something he can't do, like recall work (which I had to take the vehicle to the dealership for - where they tried to upsell me on work that wasn't imperative), I'd advise you to let him do everything for you. If he doesn't do it or can't do it, he'll tell you. He also followed up a month after the work was done to ask how the vehicle was doing. Great customer service. Great, quality work and a mechanic you can trust and at a fair price. It just doesn't get any better, in my experience. Whatever he did in his oil change/check also improved my gas mileage - from 7mp to a whopping 10mpg LOL. I know, but you can get a great, reliable old Toyota gas hog right now for cheap and they'll run forever. Doing my part to pay for the California roads on your behalf by paying more than my fair share for the road/gas taxes :-) EDIT: By the way, he also does install catalytic converter covers, but he talked me out of putting one on my first gen Sequoia, because he said a thief would never bother trying to remove mine, because of how difficult it would be to remove, because of the design - saving me a lot of unnecessary money there, too.

I've been maintained my Toyota Camry at Anthony's place for the last 6 years. He's most reliable and experienced, and can always identify the problem at the first glance if exists. One of the most impressive thing I remember is that he once warned me my car's battery gonna die within 4 months, and it indeed died right after 4 months. I would definitely recommend Anthony's to any Toyota, Lexus or Scion owner.

Dealing with TLS saved me $100+ and time. I quoted around a few places regarding a problem with my mother's car. Everyone was asking for a diagnostic price ($100+), but Anthony from TLS asked me to call. Whoever I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the issue and gave his recommendations. In short, the repair would be worth more than the car so he recommended how to maintain the car. Awesome! Thank you!

Took my 2006 Prius to get a new inverter cooling pump this week. Anthony is an honest mechanic. He took the time to explain all they work they did on the car and they even checked the tire pressure. Charged a Fair price. I would highly recommend TLS Auto service.

I have been going to Anthony for about three years now. I got tired of the extremely high cost of service at the Lexus dealerships. Then I found Anthony, and I'll never go back. He always tells you exactly what he is going to do, gives you the price, and then does it perfectly. He's really an expert on Toyota/Lexus. My experience with TLC is simply superb. Anthony and TLC are the best!

They didn’t charge for diagnostic test and got the issue fixed. (Compare that across the street dealer who gave 50% higher quote for diagnostic). Also liked his TLS shop being kept so clean! That speaks to it.
