I have been going to TMA for about a year for tires, oil changes, and tire sensors. I have been impressed with the staff for their professionalism and timeliness getting things done. Tom is the person I have talked to most on the phone and he is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I can trust their opinion with my cars which goes a long way!

Had multiple issues with repairs done, had to go back once and got a partial refund due to damaged components. I would have given one star, but they were willing to try to make it right so I bumped to 2 stars. Being more expensive then most other places, one would not expect poor service. I only went here due to the convenience that came with them providing a loaner vehicle. Next time I will just get a rental car.

My husband arrived for his appointment just to have his time wasted. This business believes it’s perfectly okay to have someone wait over two hours without touching your car. Then to look at it for five minutes and refuse to do the work. Everything was explained to the shop during the initial phone call, so this is a total pain and another disappointing experience with Sioux Falls auto repair shops.

TMA did my brakes. I returned the vehicle because it sounded like my tire was going to fall off, they double checked and said I was good to go. I took it elsewhere and TMA forgot to tighten my brake caliber, and I almost lost a tire, plus it ruined my brand new brake pads. I took it back for new pads and it came back squeaking louder than ever. So I took it in yet again for them to fix. Less than a year later, come to find out the used the wrong brakes, so now I am paying more than double for all the damage it caused.

5 Stars for the Fellows at TMA! Had my engine replaced and 4 new Tires put on my Subaru...So glad they were quick when my car Broke down on me on the interstate with getting my car towed for me...THANKS TMA!!!

Do not recommend. They will damage your car while it's in their possession but wont take fault because you didnt notice the damage right away. They strategically park it in the back of the building so you can't see the damage unless you do a full walk-around of your car before you leave. It took me 24 hours to notice the damage, and there is no where else it could have happened. Do not go here.

SCAM and disloyal! Went there for checking my car AC last summer. They wanted to charge $1200 quoting my compressor is damaged. I went to Valvoline today and got my ac fixed for $200. All it needed was some refrigerant refill!
