Good prices. Got me in and out. I popped my tire at my kidsdchool. Put my spare on and drove to Tommy's. They took care of it right away and charged me 100$ for a decent tire.

Pulled the old bait and switch, told me it would be $65 each, for 2 new tires, then once they put the 1st one on I noticed it wasn't new. He says, yes that's what I said 65 for used....I could have gotten used for 50 in south omaha like I normally do and will continue to do from now on.

Great place being shopping with Tommy and Troy for over 20 yrs always helpful family owned. Have to say. Roach did me bad not the first time went in for a tire at 5:30 he told me he closed at 6:00 and not doing my tire.I was like wt we are not staying late for you! Went to in and out give him 200.00 for a new tire got it and drove pass Tommy's at 5:58 Roach still in the parking lot talking smh🤔🥶

I went to a service station with what I thought was a tire needing patched. Turned out I needed a new wheel. I was 400 miles from home and needed it fixed before I could travel. After calling several other shops without luck, I called Tommy's. They got me in without an appointment, fixed and on my way within an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

For the second time my vehicle has been brought there for a new or used tire or a fix an they tore up what my lug nut goes on says it was like that. Then my other vehicle goes for a repair tire with a steal lock on it they charged us a extra 15$ to break it then a random nut on it. They don't care an I'm done with them

Check your tire pressure and don't expect accountability from Tommy. Been going here for a little while because the prices are usually the best but he obviously doesn't care about customer loyalty. I had gotten all 4 tires changed on my girlfriends' car within the last month. Normally I check my psi after every service but there is no gauge in that car. One of the tires got another screw in it and while I attempted to patch it I checked the other tires. All 3 other tires were at or above 45 psi! And those tires are supposed to be at 32. Also one of the hubcaps was put back on wrong so I had to take off the lugnuts before I could even check the pressure. I wasn't able to patch it because the hole was too small for my tool to clean it out properly so I went back to ask for a patch. Asked if he would do it for free since we had bought the tire less than a month ago and all the other tires were overinflated. He denied the possibility that him or his workers could have made a mistake and said they always inflate to 38psi and my gauge must be off. 38 is still higher than recommended for those tires and my pressure gauge has nothing to do with a hubcap being put on so the air nozzle is inaccesible. So after paying about 400 to him in the last month he still wanted $30 to patch the tire and took no accountability for over inflating and putting a hubcap on then dismissed me and said he would be right back. So I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Very friendly bunch of people,just today I showed up incredibly late and they were able to still get me set up with some new tires. They’ve definitely earned the first call spot if I ever need new tires new or used.

Could've done a better job in my friends tire! Was asked 100 dollars for a replacement tire with very little tread. The manager failed to make any measurements of our tires tread. They took my friends money and didn't even fix the tire waste of 25 dollars and heading back to Denver unsafely thanks allot!

I was a walk-in to the N. 60th location on a busy Friday morning and was helped immediately. First off--as I waited for my car, I observed how quick, efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly Troy was- great at multitasking!! It was very busy with customers in the store & calling. There was a young pregnant girl waiting for her car a few seats down from me when Troy gave her the news about her "other tire also needing replaced ASAP as it wasn't safe to be driven on". I overheard the young lady tell him she could only afford to take care of the one tire. I interrupted their conversation & told Troy that I would pay for her other tire. I was genuinely concerned for this young soon-to-be-mother (even though I didn't know her), & really wanted her to have a safe vehicle. Pleasantly surprised, Troy said "he would take care of it for her". The young lady was so amazed & grateful & so was I!! It's hard to come by caring people who want to help others! I am very impressed & wanted to be sure people knew of Troy's generosity. I am now a customer for life! Also, in despite of how busy it was, my car was done in less than an hour! Keep up the great business Tommy's Tires!! =)

Tommy is the man. $25 for a tire patch. Definitely coming back for anything tire related.
