These are a great group of ppl.. Sarah went above and beyond to get me in a suv to fit my family and that was safe. As well as the monthly payments she did her best to make it to where I could make those. As for repairs my 1st time was in and out so I didn’t have to miss vacation.

We looked at two cars in their lot. Even though we ultimately bought from another dealer we were still impressed with the character of the people we met there. The two SUVs we test drove were both fairly priced and tested well. I believe since they also run a repair shop their inventory is likely not to contain too many clunkers.

They replaced my fuel pump for little under 500 bucks and they had to drop the gas tank to do it. They know what they're doing and they have fair prices.

I give them a try since I'm new in the neighborhood and thought the where cool. To do an alignment on my wife car. And I just put brand new tires on and it been 6 months and I just noticed that the back wheels is nearly bald on the inside of tires. So I'm not going back there again.

I will go here every single time I have problems. I was quoted way over priced at other places and I heard about this place from my father in law and his whole family and they charged me a very fair price to fix the air in my car that had been broke for two years because I couldn't afford it! Changing my review. Tom's auto clinic were nice to me when I was a customer. But when I had questions about the service I previously had they got kind of nasty to me on the phone.

I’m a Pastor and for years I’ve sent people to Toms my neighbor lost her husband and is raising a teenage daughter alone. Her car quit running and she called us to see where to have it towed . We told her Toms, he had taken care of this vehicle for years it was my mother in laws and she purchased it when she passed .so my neighbor called and said they say it needs a motor but they had replaced the thermostat housing to diagnose it and the bill was $425.00 so I went to talk to him thinking there had to be a mistake! Nope he said with a smile that’s what it is the part you can buy anywhere for $100.00 dollars and coolant is 9.99 a gal so you do the math. So sad to see in our community they saw Florida plates and decided to take advantage ! Stay away !!

Save yourself the trouble and take it to the dealership they charge the same price and use actual OEM parts. My recent experience with Tom’s auto scam was a 3k bill for a refurb turbo. Yes just the turbo not the complete system. If I had known they lie to your face and on the phone I would have paid the cel computer test and been done with Toms for 300 or less and just went another more honest route.

Been using Tom's for years for my family auto repairs. They're reasonably priced and keep up with their certifications. They even service my wife's Subaru. And as a testament to their honesty, there were a couple of times I thought I had a major problem and was prepared to pay a bunch but their honesty let me off really cheap.

I used these guys once for diagnostics. The first time was summer 2020. I had terrible experience with the main guy doing estimates. He has a cocky condescending attitude. He wasn't nice and didn't try to be helpful. Just an a hole. I know about cars and he talked down to me instead of talking with me. Fast forward to 2022 and I called to get estimate again he treated me like I was a child and tried to make me feel dumb about the topic. I won't be using them unless I talk to Tom who's the owner (very nice guy and will talk with you not down to you. The estimate guy just puts you in the worst mood when your already talking about spending money which is stressful enough without his unnecessary attitude.

We took a truck to Tom's for diagnostics, and he checked it out replace the fuel pump module programmed it and did other stuff we didn't ask to be done and we got charged for it, ended up getting the truck the same day had the same problem we took it in for.
