This place is efficient! They got me in in less that fifteen minutes three times for emission tests. Then I was gone in another fifteen minutes. The owner took care of me once and shared his “North Star” for customer service - treat every car like it’s his own and don’t go looking for upsells. I’m happy I found them!

I recently moved to Greenfield so needed a new place for oil changes and maintenance. Due to family issues, I had to cancel my appointment last week. Today, I stopped by to see if I could schedule an oil change and Hazeem remembered me from the cancellation and he fit me in right away. I was very surprised and very happy to be able to take care of the oil change. Hazeem was very friendly and helpful and Hector did the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. I'm very happy with Tom's Auto and I plan to be a customer for a long time.

Terrible service, complete rip off! I brought my car in to address some noises and was told the brakes and tie rods needed replacing. They quoted me $1,500 for everything, including fixing the AC, repairing and rotating the tires, and more. However, the quote was only briefly shown on a computer screen and not printed. They verbally promised a lot but failed to deliver. (Not a trustworthy owner) big liars. I was overcharged, and the work was done poorly. When I wanted to take my car back before the service started, the owner yelled at me in front of other customers. Since the vehicle was already jacked up, I let them proceed. At 5 p.m., I was told to return the next day to finish the job, but they collected full payment upfront. Afterward, they claimed the printer was out of ink and promised to text me the receipt, which I never received. When I came back because the original noise wasn’t resolved, they suddenly claimed the axle was bad (which they never mentioned before) and refused to fix it. The mechanics were unprofessional, wasted time, and rushed the job. I was referred by the owner’s brother, but I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Their lifetime warranty promise is bogus. Asking me for reviews... I DO NOT Recommend this Shop. Will report to BBB. Shame!

5 Stars for Tom’s Auto on S 27th Street. I took my 2008 Cadillac CTS there a few months ago for an emissions test. The owner, Hazim was so friendly and helpful I decided that if I ever needed any work done on my car, I would take it back there. That just so happened this past week. My car needed help. Hazim set up an appointment and contacted me several times while my car was being serviced. He even called me the next day to make sure my car was running properly. For the next few months he will monitor my vehicle to make sure that I don’t have any issues. Service above and beyond. Pricing was fair.

I was looking for a place that did emission testing. Found this spot online but when I arrived, I saw that they had a sign that said they do emission until 2:30pm. It was 4:45pm when I arrived and Tom was kind enough to get the testing taken care of for me. Great service and super friendly staff!

Got charged over $300 for my car to be stored for 22 days. They didn't provide any paperwork with a diagnostic and refuse to give a proof. I would recommend anyone to take the vehicle there. They didn't called me to give me any information on status. So I showed up to ask about it since it was 21 days later, then all of the sudden there wasnt anything wrong with it but it took 22 days to get my car back.

I recently took my Jeep to Tom’s and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, the employees were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I most definitely will be using them for any future repairs.

Terrible, went here with a couple broken wheel studs and they charged me $350 just to detach my hub from my bearing by doing a YouTube hack job, this resulted in unsafe driving conditions and damaged struts. Do not trust them they will destroy your vehicle.

The emissions test was fast, but they put in the incorrect information regarding my vehicle so I had to come back to get it redone. They didn't care that they made a mistake.

Wanted to give a fair chance but... took my husband's car there to have ac repaired... Had condenser replaced 3 times(among a few other things repaired) ultimately had to take it somewhere else... The new condenser was never filled with freon. Could have saved us a lot of time and money if it was done right the first time.

I just went to Tom's Auto maintenance. Only had to wait for someone ahead of me. I don't have to wait for the stickers in the mail. He put them on right away!! Great service.

I went for an emission test. The service was great. The technician who helped me was very professional. She was very polite, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time. If I need any work done in the future, I will come back for an estimate and diagnostics.

Called about emissions test at 237 and they stop them at 230 but said if I came now they could still do it . This was the quickest , easiest , and friendliest service I have ever received at an auto place . Ever . HIGHLY recommend.

Had been here two times before for emissions testing. Both were great experiences. So I thought why not let them do some actual service and man was I impressed!! I had a small leak on my power steering line on my F-150. Toms was professional in every way. Not only did they take care of my leak but I asked them to give me a ride home (which isnt a service they actually provide) and they got me home without a question. Thanks for the great business and I will definitely be back.
