It took them 2 weeks of fiddling with my fuel system before they figured out my engine was blown. Then for some reason I needed a new fuel pump, even though there was never an issue with the original. Then after a couple days it turns out there was a collapse line in the fuel system. These workers are the best! I had an emergency this morning and even though it was almost closing time they still looked over the damages done to my license plate and took care of it in less than 10 minutes and only charged me $15 which was less than the previous estimated price. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything, they get the job done!!

Very rude and a low efficacy as far as fixing your vehicle. Never been treated so poorly by the staff. Ask them a follow up question because you intend to actually get the issues fixed and they respond with, “What does it matter with all the things wrong with it?” Is that what you want to hear from a mechanic that’s worth their salt? I don’t think so. Do yourself a favor and don’t allow yourself to be disrespected by these people they’re nasty.

WOMEN avoid this shop. They ripped me off. I spent over $800 on parts and so-called labor and my car issue was never resolved. I called to inform them that my car was doing the same as when I first brought it in, I was told that it would be $75 to look at. I went and got a second opinion from the dealership. The dealership showed me that all Tom's shop did was patch work to my car.

Took my Honda odyssey van to get checked out. Didn’t need any work. They explained the situation. Such a nice welcoming couple Kim and her husband. Will be be back just hope for a long time. Hahaha

Absolute RIP OFF!!!! My family have been taking our car to Tom’s for decades but ever since his brother in law took over they rip off customers. They take your vehicle knowing they don’t have the time to look into the issue properly. And if it’s not worth fixing compared to other vehicles, they charge a $75 diagnostic fee and send you on your way. Look at other reviews, they are making money off of diagnostic fees without fixing cars. I’m posting video of manager being unprofessional online. Any other mechanic but this one. Update in response to owner: “fit my vehicle back in”. Why would it need to be fit back in when I brought it to you to be fixed in the 1st place. Even if you would’ve fixed the AC but you did nothing. Why would I not want my car fixed? ALL LIES!!! If this happens to anyone else report them to attorney general. You don’t deserve to name the business after Tom. Tell customers the truth upon arrival about your new charges upfront and that you’re under new management. Update in response to owner 2: the paper also states that the fee will be waived if I allow you to fix the car of which I was not given an option because you could not repair it. Like you stated your workers were overworked, proving my point that you charge me the fee which is wrong if you can’t not repair it because I did not get the option to waive it. I’m sure you tell a lot of customers you can’t repair it after you accept their cars…SCAM! Update 2nd mechanic diagnostic: I took my car to the dealership and the issue that Tom’s charged me for is completely incorrect. The dealership said it was the relays that needed to be replaced and a shortage in the windshield wiper motor. A completely different assessment than Tom’s. Which proved my point they never throughly looked at the car, now that I have a proof, I can take legal action.

Brought in my 2001 ford ranger truck yesterday for an issue with my oil sensor switch after taking it to ford. Originally ford wanted to charge me a lucrative amount of money for labor. The switch is behind the motor and is reachable with a long socket extension. The reason I know is because there's videos on YT showing this. Anyhow, the dealership wanted to drag this out. Back to what's important, I'm happy with Tom's Auto Repair. I needed to catch a break and they gave me one. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! 5 stars is not enough! I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were phenomenal in every way. I especially appreciate the incredible customer service. The office was updating me at every imported juncture and explaining in detail what is happening and the thought process. The work, speed, and craftsmanship was of utmost standards. No one asked me to review. I gladly and readily jumped at this opportunity to brag on this wonderful establishment. I will be back for any future needs and I highly recommend!

This place has passed my inspections with no trouble in the past years. I have NOT changed anything to my car. I came this year, and it failed my inspection because the front window tint is too dark. I asked the front desk lady to check who had done my previous inspection and she stated she couldn’t do that . Plus, they charged me a fee. Here are the pictures of my ‘dark tint

Great business. Great customer service. Back in the 90s I had dropped off my Dodge Rambler to be serviced. It was late on a Saturday, and the crew was wanting to go home. And about 8:15, the dudes were gone. I was loitering around waiting for my ride. I made my way back to the rear end of Tom's, when I saw it. It was a Bigfoot! Maybe 9' tall and wearing a Sunday dress. It was dark. I was scared and made some noise. Scared too, it made its was quickly off yonder into a field behind some houses. I reported this back then to the Conroe (Tx) Bigfoot Research center up off of 105 near the marina.

I should have read the reviews before dropping in today. I had no idea that Tom was no longer the owner. Just wasted my whole day for an inflated quote on brake pads and struts. $75 diagnostic fee but would have lost much more if I'd had the work done.

I went to an auto dealership. They quoted some major repairs required. I decided to go to Tom. After did his diagnostics, I was able to save several thousand dollars. Will be taking my car to Andy at Tom's every 3-4 months for oil change and to checkout my car as needed.

Miss Kim is the nicest person ever. She is very caring and will take care of you the best way. You can keep faith on this workshop with your eyes closed. They are very professional at their work and they do take their work very seriously. I am a returning customer for them.

My husband and i were referred by a friend.we had our BMW towed to there.we were told that one of their mechanics has over 30 years experience working on BMWs..so they called my husband and told him they didnt want to work on the car in case the part that is needed would not make the car start..yet they claim their mechanic has 30 years experience with this type of vehicle..so im confused..if he hss so much experience..why wouldnt he be able to figure out the problem if its not the part that is supposedly needed..so now i have to have our car towed somewhere else..very frustrating and dissapointing i would never go back to them or reccommend them to anyone

Only 1 person in the office. If she walks into the shop, (does this ALOT) there is nobody to answer the phone and it rings and rings. Communication is spotty at best. Small business is about management/processes. This place does not appear to be managed correctly....How unfortunate...Car still there, after a week, for small routine issues....stay tuned..

SO grateful to them for their service and care. From the kind woman at the front desk to the kind guy (Anthony I think?) who worked on my car. There was an error on my end, and they were so understanding the whole time as I worked out how to retrieve the proper papers. I was their first customer and they had other people that needed assistance but they still remained so kind about the entire situation. Would recommend because they’re honest and good.

Super awesome place. Kim is such a darling person and helped me throughout every step of the way for my bumper repair. She also kept me up to date on any changes and was transparent 100% of the time. They are a bandage company. They don't figure out the problem they let the computer tell them what to do and the DONT NOT LISTEN to the customer.
