This was my first time coming to this nice family owned tire shop. It was only 5 minutes from where I now live. I'm new on the east side of Cincinnati and didn't know where to go but glad I chose to go there. They were very kind, genuine men. They helped me versus just taking my money and sending me off. I appreciate them helping get my daughter and I back on the road safely at a very inexpensive price. God bless.

Was heading home, 200 plus mile trip, unfortunately picked up a nail and needed to get the tire repaired. Other large establishments had long waits or no appointments available. Called Tom’s Tire Service was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they showed me how the repair was being done. Old school honest service which is hard to find.

The guys at the shop were super helpful and very quick. I found two nails in my tire the night before, probably from all the construction this summer. I woke up the next day and went first thing to their shop on my way to work. They took my car right away with no hesitation and didn't overcharge. These guys are a life saver!

Have been coming here for years. Great friendly service, quick and transparent work. Never there very long because they fix it fast. I’ve had several car tires patched and even a new inner tube put on my tractor tire. Super affordable, great place to get good used tires for a used car. I would go to this place for a tire repair before any of the big name stores. Seriously highly recommended!

Friendly, local tire shop for puncture repairs and tire rotations etc. Normally able to perform services while you wait. Cash only but there is an atm in the shop next door. Highly recommend as a convenient go-to tire repair place.

I stopped down this afternoon on my lunch break to get a tire changed and was in and out in 30 minutes. Tom and John are both great guys, did great work, an I'll definitely be back the next time I need something done.

I was in the area for a work lunch when my low tire pressure light came on.... I stopped to ask if they could help. All 4 tires were low! They fixed the air pressure and sent me on my way at no charge, he even assisted me with backing out onto the street by watching for oncoming traffic. I can't thank you enough!

Great place to get a tire fixed. Has got nails out for me multiple times and it’s always a permanent fix. Super affordable for anyone, they are super nice and get you in and out super fast! Don’t take your car to those big name places for just tire fixes or even used tires

I called about getting 4 tires new and or used and wanted to get done as soon as possible. I wanted to know how much I would be looking at price wise the guy I spoke to told me he would call me back with a price took down my name and info and never called me back.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they got me in as soon as I pulled up and patched the tire while I waited (15 minutes maybe) and were very reasonably priced. Great service!

I have never written a google review, but I try to avoid big chain car places that have hundreds of customers a day and I want to support small business and especially these guys. After talking for a few minutes I learned that Tom has been there since 1978 and is dedicated to tires while the son has been there for 28 years. Who else would you want working on your tires? I popped a flat yesterday after business hours and called them first thing in the morning. They told me to bring it over and they had it plugged within 25 minutes. No waiting, no drop off, no telling me what else my car needs in that moment. They did the job, no more, no less, and for a good price. Of course, the plug needs to hold, but they showed me what they were doing and it looked thorough. If you have tire issues, take it to Tom's. PSA: They do not accept card or check, so make sure you have cash on you to cover the cost.

They are a bunch of crooks. I bought two tires last week and went to get them put on and the guy at the shop told me they were 11 years old and technically by law they can't sell anything over 10. Went to get my money back and Tom told me they can't do a refund. Sorry but we'll mount them for you. How can you even say that if by law you're not supposed to.

Tom has been around as long as I can remember. He's a great guy and so is Johnny they don't try to take advantage of your pocket book and are very reasonable ☺️❤️ All around great business.

Tom's has been a tradition passed down from fathers to sons and daughters and then we pass them 2 our own. My 2 daughters got introduced to Tom's last week. 2 and 13 it was cool lots of memories of my own dad came flooding back. Jim Haney was always in there lol
