I went to Toms Tire today and the gentleman tried to charge me $5 for just air in my tire.I pulled up asked if he could put air in my tire.He did and i gave him a 5 bill and was waiting on my change.After 5 minutes passed I asked for my change and he said it was $5.No sir not for air no way .He stated that there hose keeps getting cut and that is his boss price.Not today I got on my cell to call the police and he threw the $5 back in my car window and told me not to come back ever .No problem you’re charging $60 for used tires no thanks.So you mean to tell me its $5 a tote for air so $20 for all for they crazy.

I woke up this morning to low tire pressure in both my front tires. I pulled up to Tom’s and they had me aired up and back on the road in less than five minutes! I’ve come to them in the past to replace tires and have never had an issue! I’ll always come back!

Had a large screen in my tire. Josh fixed by plugging it two times and to me that tire need to be replaced. My tired are not old. Wonderful Customer Service. I was in and out.

In the possibly two decades I've been going to Tom's I've only been dismayed once or twice. Once had to do with a tech, the other was at the Britton location. Most of my tires have come from Tom's, and they just so happen to be great in a pinch. I called ahead to explain the situation and find out if they had what I needed. I was there less than ten minutes and I was on the road home. This was another bit of kindness on a really awful day. I appreciate them so much.

I called the shop and asked for a Tire. Told me one price and when I got in it was higher. Third brand new with warranty is 99 and they tried to charge me 100 bucks for a used tire. It’s funny the shop in Mwc screwed me on plugging a tire (aired my tire up and rolled up so i couldn’t see it. ) the other shop lost my wheel lock,they have taken this tire off twice but this guy says he can’t take it off. Every other tire shop have no issue. I told them before i came up that my tire is split on the side wall. I drive there because it’s a few blocks away. He says he couldn’t tighten it enough. I offered extra money to just do it and I’ll tighten em when i get home. He just he can’t and walked off. Can’t help someone get back home after getting ready to pay full brand new price for a used tire. Will never set foot back in here. A lot of the employees are shady. Will never set foot or even a toe in their establishment. Thanks for wasting my time and putting me in a worse spot!

I was told one price while in my vehicle after giving the size ($50). I was told another price while picking out tires ($55). Asked the manager that drove up in a red pickup (white male) who told me (black professional female, unbothered but just inquiring) after I asked why the price difference; he said you can go ahead and leave the property; I have enough business & don't need yours. He's on the black side of town. He's appears to be exploiting needs based on the area. I'm just saying. Went to the south side got 4 BRAND NEW LOOKING tires for $160. Toms on 23rd & Kelley... needs to boycotted. #BLM

The guy who changed my tire gets 5 stars and he got a tip. The person in charge gets a one star. After waiting 25mins Very RUDE! I purchased 3 tires . If I ever need tires again. I will go somewhere else.

10/10 recommend!!! Great customer service!!! Josh showed good hospitality while waiting!!! Great prices and quality products. Made it comfortable while asking different questions and gave me honest answers when I was decisive about buying a new tire. It can be a scary experience but they made it better!!! Been there 50 years and it shows ❤️

Horrible. I've showed up here 2 x in the last month they always close early way before closing time I don't not recommend!!! Bad customer service as well ..if your need don't come here ..I even offered a tip at 540 pm

**UPDATED** Just wanted to give a quick update since my original review was around 3yrs old. Everything good previously stated about this business still stands. I have been back multiple times over the years for myself and with others. Not that long ago I had to come in thanks to Oklahoma construction and my tire having a disagreement. I had planned on just getting some more air in it but thankfully the gas station air pump was broken and I went into Toms on the fly. They were incredible as always. They were extremely busy but was able to get to me quickly. They educated me as to what happened, showed me the tire ultimately convincing me to purchase one from them. Instead of me being angry about having to buy another tire, I'm thankful. They took the time to explain the issue and had I not gone in, I have no doubt that I would have either wrecked due to a blown tire, messed up my car or been stranded on the side of the road. Updated to 5 stars and I'll continue to give them my business and continue sending friends, family, and co-workers in. They are the type of business that deserves that at the very least! -------------old review------------ Super quick. Every single time I go there, regardless of how busy they seem, they are extremely fast. I've been coming here for years and always have great service and their tires always last longer than expected. The only reason I give 4/5 is due to their fluctuating prices. I sometimes feel like I receive a better deal when I drive my clunker than when I come in a nicer vehicle. There's been as much as a $10-$20 difference buying tires here before.

I hadn't have to had a tire replaced in years and found myself in need of one. I also hadn't been to Tom's Tires in over 10+ years. The young man Aaron? was helpful, efficient and the price for the tire and service was more than fair. Glad to see Tom's is still giving good quality service.

I would like to give a personal thank you to Isaiah that works here. I was told at first it would be an hour to get my tire fixed, but it didn't. He went to the back and came out with the tire for my car, and quickly took off the old one and put on the new one. I'm so happy with the service and price. I've been to Wally World 3x since the beginning of the summer and they all got blad and the tread just come right out of the tire. 3x. 3x on my bad. I will never go there again. I will use Tom's Tires for now on! They have great and fair prices and very quick service. Despite there being other cars and really kind customers who didn't mind him just doing a quick change. Props to them for being so awesome and a huge Thank you for all the guys at Tom Tires. Aaron too who helped me over the phone too! Y'all are really nice and I appreciate the wonderful customer service I highly recommend them! Great job!

Went thereto get a tire, they end up having a set of 4 ,like new,but used. I bought all 4 and they are great! Would highly recommend them. Guys are fast and polite.hard to find when your working on 150* pavement.
