I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone . They charged me 1400 dollars for a problem that they couldn’t fix . They did say they could they didn’t fix the problem. Check your car before leaving they are no trust worthy and I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody . Just to get money they will they they can fix but beware of that . No good place

This is honestly a pretty solid shop. I had a stripped oil drain pan and was dripping oil all over. They were able to take me on a Saturday as a walk in, and were very upfront on the whole process. They were able to re-thread my oil pan, stop the leak, and offer a 1 year warranty on it. Pricing isn't the absolute cheapest, but I feel like you do get higher quality service in return. So far, very satisfied the whole experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to express my gratitude to Tony and his staff for repairing my son's vehicle and for their standard of great service. Tony and his staff are polite, knowledgeable, skilled, and, most importantly, honest. They have serviced and repaired both of my vehicles and every time I have left feeling satisfied and not taken advantaged of. I am a returning customer and would definitely refer them to anyone in need of auto service or repairs. Thank you Tony and keep up the good work!!!!

Avoid taking your vehicle here for any A/C-related services—they will scam you. I brought my car in for a freon refill, and they insisted on running a diagnostic first to check for any other issues. After the check, they said everything was fine but that they would need to perform an EVAC and recharge before adding freon, costing $399. I agreed, but 45 minutes later, Tony returned, saying the A/C compressor was bad and that they had already added 100% of the freon, which was a waste of time and money. I pointed out that during diagnostics, most shops add only a small amount of freon (10-15%) to test for issues, but he claimed they used the full amount and still charged me the full $399 plus tax. This place is a scam. Tony, in particular, is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. His staff is much friendlier and more professional—they should be the ones dealing with customers instead of him. Avoid this place at all costs. **Edited on 9/13/24 in response to the owner's reply to my review. I've also attached a screenshot of his response, just in case he decides to remove it later.** Hi Tony, First off, I want to thank you for finally responding to a review on your Google page. I noticed that you rarely respond to feedback, even the positive reviews, which is unfortunate. Engaging with your clients shows that you care, and it’s something you might want to consider doing more often. Now, to clarify the situation: I did not come in and formally request an evac and recharge. I came in asking for a Freon refill because I recently had my A/C hose assembly replaced due to a tear. Your employee explained that before proceeding, a diagnostic would be done to check for any underlying issues, or to determine if anything else was needed. He said if it was just a Freon refill, I’d be charged for the Freon and the diagnostic. Afterward, your employee returned and explained that because of the hose replacement, an evac and recharge would be required, and the pricing would be adjusted accordingly without the diagnostic fee. He explained this professionally and clearly, and I agreed to the service. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, you returned and told me, "I'm sorry, but you wasted your time here, and so did we because your A/C compressor is bad, and we already performed the full service." Despite this, you still charged me in full, without any apology or acknowledgment that this issue should have been identified during the diagnostic phase. A reputable A/C repair shop should check for issues such as refrigerant leaks, system pressure, compressor functionality, electrical components, condenser, evaporator condition, and moisture or contaminants before performing any major services like an evac and recharge. Had you done this, you would have caught the compressor issue and saved both our time. You failed to perform a proper diagnostic, failed to admit any responsibility, and offered no apology or discount for this oversight. The way you handled this transaction lacked professionalism, and that’s reflected in your response to my review as well. Instead of addressing the issue, you deflected by bringing up personal matters and invoking the Lord's name, stating, "God made sure I was broke for a reason." As a business owner, this response is inappropriate. Your employees were polite and professional, and perhaps they should be the ones handling customer interactions. The bad review was not left to hurt your business, but to reflect the poor experience we had. Based on other reviews, I can see that we are not the only ones. I'm surprised that you’re concerned about reviews affecting your business, given that it appears you may pay to have negative ones flagged or hidden.

Expect to be overcharged here by 50% or more. Came here for an oil change for my Toyota Yaris and was charged $95. I could have gone to another mechanic and been charged $55 or less. They also wanted to charge me $250 to replace the serpentine belt, I went down the street and was able to repair for $150. They overcharge you here. I won't be returning.

Mr. Tony is the best!!! He is an awesome man! Very honest! I always love taking all my cars to him he he the most delicious snacks coffee water free pens you name it! But other than that he does a great job! He is fair and amazing! his staff are sweet polite and professional!!! Highly recommend him and his store!!! So happy we have this auto shop in our area! Keep up the great job that you do Mr. Tony!!!

Amazing, first went in, they topped off my AC. After a week it leaked out, when I went back they fixed the leak and filled it back up within an hour and only charged me for the fix since I already came before.

Recently, I took my car wife's car, Nissan Rogue, to them when the A/C blower gave out. They charged me $122.00 just to tell me her car needed many parts and repairs. They told me it would be between $1,600 to $2,600 to repair it. I was very suspicious so I took my Audi A5 just to see if it would happen again. They charged me another $122.00 and again, gave me excuses about how it needed this, and that. The repair was going to be approximately $1,100. Took the car to another shop and paid $575.00 for my wife's Nissan Rogue and the Audi did not have anything wrong with rhe A/C. I will never go back and do not recommend them for A/C repairs.

Fui por una alineacion y andube buscando mi ojo en el piso, casi 1200 por reparar el camber y cambiar un par de piezas, menos mal que cambie la suspencion completa, si no ni imaginarme. Pero lo lleve a otro lado y me lo dejaron super genial y sin esperar.

I have used Tony for several different occasions and each time his work was great. And they were kindly enough to bend my license plate back in shape without me asking didn’t notice till weeks later. Great service will continue to use Tony for any future work

My ac had gone out on my gmc truck on late Sat evening took a look on the web for near by auto repair and came across Tonys and noticed he was open on Sun which I contacted that morning told me to bring on in and he.ll take a look and find what issue is..he diagnosed the issue and was able to repair that day..Thanks again Tony

I called to ask how much it would be to see what was wrong with the reason why my tail light wasn't turning on and I was told $99 but when I went over there I switched it to $130 to see what was wrong with it. And told me if they were to fix my lights and get me new bulbs that it will cost up to $480 for the part and labor fee. And I checked online to buy the part. It was $10 and a quick and easy 20 minutes fix. And Before I went to the mechanic to see what was wrong with the tail light. I checked the bulbs and saw that 1 of them was good and the other one was bad after leaving my car to be checked by them. I saw that they took the good light and left me with the bad one. Never go here or else if you want to be reminded about how helpless you are without your car. Because they will ride your need for your vehicle and use it to rob you for your money.
