Came and looked at my car charge me and didn't fully do the diagnosis and then schedule with me to come back and never showed up terrible service

I hired Tony to fix my car and he told me he replaced all these parts and he charged me $350 this didn’t fix the problem the same exact things were happening to my car and I got stranded out of my home town for a week trying to get it fixed by another mechanic and come to find out apparently no parts were replaced originally when Tony “fixed” my car. After a week and a half of trying to get him to answer my texts and calls I asked for a refund and he told me no. I see now that he just saw an opportunity to take advantage of a 19 year old girl.

My best friend went out of town for work and his wife's car stopped running. He told me about the problem and that no one was available to help. I offered to make some calls and found Tony through Google. He dropped everything and got to her within the hour. My friend told me that Tony diagnosed the issue to a problem with the anti theft system. A simple reprogram fixed the car, no additional parts needed. The car was running like new no more than an hour and a half from my phone call. Not only is this guy really good at his job, but incredibly honest and trustworthy. If there was ever a situation for a mechanic to take advantage of and claim additional expenses, this was it. Tony not only was completely forthright, he left his card in case she has any issues. This type of service simply doesn't exist anymore. I can recommend with confidence that this is the company you want to call first if you have car issues in the Colorado Springs area. With the quality of work and the professional interaction, I feel confident in recommending him for any auto service you need. You will NOT be disappointed.

Quick, honest, reasonable and all around good guys !! They helped me out by coming directly to my broken down vehicle( Same DAY!) that I had just bought at Modern Auto in Denver on Evans street THE PREVIOUS DAY. Completely gave me a honest diagnostic, I will defiantly be having these guys check out my next car purchase!

Tony was very respectful and worked hard and fast fix it right away took it for a test drive because I told him it sounds bad and not feel comfortable with the car and when he took it for a test drive he just said that you just need a tune up wow talk about honesty I recommend Tony to anyone.
