Customer service is horrible. They serviced 2 customers that pulled up after me before the even asked what i needed. They when i addressed them Servicing two customers that pulled up after me the workers cussed me out. Never returning to the establishment again

HORRIBLE SERVICE , HORRIBLE WORKERS , HORRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT GO HERE. WENT TO GET ONE TIRE CHANGED , THE GUY TOLD ME THAT MY LUG NUT WAS "BADLY STRIPPED" EVEN THOUGH I JUST TOOK IT OFF AND ON NO PROBLEMS WITH A HAND TOOL 2 MONTHS AGO. I ASKED HIM SPECIFCALLY WHAT HE GONNA DO , AND HE TOLD ME HED GET IT OFF AND I JUST NEED A NEW LUG NUT. HE JAMMED THE IMPACT GUN SO HARD THAT HE SNAPPED MY ENTIRE ROTOR SCREW OFF. WHEN I CALLED BACK, OWNER TOLD ME THAT HE "TOLD ME IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN" WHICH IS A LIE AND ALL HE OFFERED TO DO WAS TO "DISCOUNT" THE SERVICE AND FEE OF REPLACING WHAT HIS WORKER MESSED UP, LIED ABOUT, AND DAMAGED. HUSTLERS, LIARS, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND WIL TRY TO CON YOU OUT OF WHATEVER THEY CAN. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE THEY WILL MAKE YOUR SITUATION WORSE AND THEN LAUGH ABOUT IT. ALSO, PAID 50$ FOR ONE USED TIRE, WHICH HAD BARLEY ANY TREAD ON IT LEFT AT ALL, WORST PLACE IN RICHMOND IF YOU ALREADY IN NEED OF AN ECO FRIENDLY SOLUTION.

Excellent price on a nearly brand new set of tires for a quarter the price of new. Both guys working were friendly, helpful and quick. Definitely highly recommended!

I thought this was going to be a good review because I thought he was opening back up for me until I realized they are technically supposed to be open and then he wanted to start complaining about how he was closed and blah blah blah then charged us $70 for a used tire……

this is a small probably owned business and he owner speaks English. Over the years I have bought whole sets of great looking used tires. I've also been by for emergency repair. They are always quick and always helpful and their prices are very reasonable. They charged me $15 to fix a leaking stem. They charged me only $10 to put a tire on a new rim. But get a quote first.

They don't speak good English so they take advantage of that and also he told me that he was going to charge me 100 for 3 used tires then turned around and charged me 180. Never will come here again. If scamming people out of there money is what they do I will not ever recommend this place to anyone else especially an American that isn't fluent in Spanish or elsavador.

This is my 2nd visit. When I had my BMW, those tires felt like I had just brought my car. Now, Lexus tried to rip me off, as always, these brothers, they good people, it's worth me coming here every time not just for the deal but great customer service and the friendship you develop while you're there. Very good spot and will be my new main spot. Got to come through, they good. I promise you!
