So I have always called but never showed up. Today I did after Just Tired told me they could not patch up and don’t plug up tired. Then they tried to hit me up with a $280 tire 215/ R65/17 tire, mind you I had done my own research on prices and availability. Anyhow, I called Tony’s tires and I was treated with respect by Amy although she was absolutely busy. When I got there Amy was so polite, in a great mood, and super helpful. The guys who took care of the tires were very professional since the moment I spoke to them until the time I left. What took me the most was the honesty. I found my place. Thank you all!

Very poor customer service don't want to help u out nothing very expensive for used tires then don't want to bargain wen u buy more then one very bad for business all tire shops wheel and deal they firm on getting over on u ridiculous prices for used tires never again will I go to them sorry very bad for business

Came in for 2 used tires for my car and the gentleman was really helpful and was able to install 2 front tires for my car. Definitely will be coming in the future for service

After researching many places to buy a used tire for a 2018 Chevy Camaro to have as a spare in case of an emergency, I stumbled upon Tony's Tire Shop ( Grand Avenue, Chicago)being suggested from a different tire shop review on Google. I called, found the tire that would fit the vehicle. Spoke to a young lady whom I told that the review I read about their shop appeared to be an honest business. She goes on about how not only do they have a used tire to fit the vehicle, but how the tire is practically new. Send my son, he made the purchase. Fast forward to now ( 4 weeks later) and in need to actually replace a tire with the spare bought from Tony's Tire Shop on Grand Avenue, Chicago and after having a tire removed from the vehicle to install the used tire from Tony's Tire - we found that this used tire is in such bad shape that it has a hole in it! On top of that, after having the hole plugged ( additional cost now almost the purchase of a new tire at this point) once the tire has been installed, it is making hissing noises! The tire has a slit in it close to the rim! Additional monies spent and wasted for labor! We then SEE and HEAR that this tire that Tony's Tire Shop decided to sell my son WITHOUT A CARE FOR SAFETY WAS A TIRE MADE IN 2009 as the mechanic where we were trying to have the bogus tire replaced showed us! I am beyond PISSED that a so called reputable tire shop would put greed and making money by any means necessary over someone's life! I don't appreciate Tony's Tire Shop jeopardizing my son's life! This mechanic was nice enough to show us how to read the date a tire was manufactured and could see this tire sold to my son was made in 2009!!!I will be reporting you! While it is NOT illegal to sell old used tires as long as they meet a certain level of tread in Illinois, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that an honorable, REPUTABLE used tire shop use INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND A SOUND BUSINESS ACUMEN NOT TO SELL TIRES OLDER THAN 5-7 YEARS OLD, but look at you Tony's Tire Shop on Grand Avenue, Chicago !!! It is absolutely APPAULING that your shop will allow any employee to sell a life threatening tire to a consumer! The tire was never ever driven on and still has Tony' s written on it in silver writing! You are a despicable business and should be closed for business practice like this! SHAME ON YOU! HOW DARE YOU! In my opinion, this is a nasty, unethical business practice. I guess Tony's Tire Shop won't be satisfied until someone is hurt or God forbid a catastrophic death due to the purchase of used tires that can and WILL burst while driving all because not a care in the world was exercised for SAFETY. Wow.....the World today ...hope you are proud of yourself Tony's Tire Shop!!!

I visited to have a flat fixed up, service was quick and efficient, and they patched up my tire and had me on my way in no time. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years and appreciate the honesty and the service from the staff. They are quick and efficient and their prices reasonable. I've been here twice in one week due to my wife's tire needing a patch job and my car needing the tire to be resealed.

I brought my car in and the people working on my car damaged my Lug on the Tire and tightened the lug nuts to the point that they don't come off. Now I have to replace the Lug for the tire which will cost me more money then prior to the visit. Avoid at all measures the work is horrible.

Always came here for my oil change since it’s pretty cheap compared to other places and than doing it myself. There are cameras so you can watch what they are doing which is pleasantly surprising and gives me ease of mind. They also work fast and the lady in the register is always nice.

Amazing people here! I’ve been coming here for about 2/3 years now every time I have tire issues and they have never tried to rip me off or get more money out of me. Yesterday I went for a used tire which was in great condition and I learned this is a family business. The girl behind the desk, I believe the daughter, was such a beautiful person with excellent customer service. Very welcoming and loving people. It’s nice to get honest service when it comes to costly expenses for your car. Thank you Tony’s tires 10/10 recommend <3

I came here with a flat tire, they fixed it very quickly! Good prices, I also had some other questions that were answered. Everyone here was very professional and knowledgeable specifically the older guy… I wish I got his name. I do recommend this Tire Shop!

I had to come on here and leave a review. I got a flat tire nearby and thankfully I found this place and I’m so happy I did! Amy and everyone else were so nice and helpful. Now, I will definitely be back when I need other stuff done.

I stopped in to get some work done. A young skinny man was very rude and made disrespectful comments. I've been a customer for years and will never do business with them again. One bad apple can ruin a bunch. This young man should not be interacting with customers. He lacks common sense and does not understand basic customer service.

One of the guys quickly removed my wheel, patched a big hole in my tire, and popped the wheel back on. Problem solved and just $20. Was very happy with the experience. It has been several weeks and the patch has held. Front desk people chipper and friendly.

This place was great!!! Amy who answered the phone was so kind and reassuring that they could help me and when I arrived they were so kind and accommodating! The younger technician took my tire off with such ease!(one of the lugnuts were stripped and wouldn't come off by normal hands) My husband had great experiences coming here several times and I'm happy to say I can see why because so have I! Thank you!!! Excellent job and service please come here. They will not disappoint!

Tony's Tires came very highly recommended. I am so happy for making a great choice. I have since replaced and or repaired all my tires there. My last visit I had some issues with one of the tire nuts being stripped. It was a Saturday morning and Tony's was filling up quickly. I was immediately told about the problem and was also told that it would take a bit longer than expected. As I said the place was filling up quickly and as the customers came, they were told that it would take a little longer then normal because they were having difficulties with a vehicle. All the while they continued to work on my car. I was not only pleased but very impressed by the detail to everyone. I am so happy to have chosen a location that is loyal and above all honest. I'm sure anyone would be pleased and satisfied to experience the work and kindness of all the employees. GIVE THEM A TRY I'm sure you will not be disappointed

Went there on Sunday at 245pm upon entering I notice a young man who wasn't very friendly and seemed bothered that I was there. I was told one price over the phone then the ghetto guy looks at a young kid n says it's Sunday it's 60?$! Used tries. No wonder this place was dead he was more into his phone then the guest. Thank god for Romans tires down the block! Great prices friendly fast! 5811, Grand Ave is the spot! Shame on you Tony's tire. Con artist!

We’re in Chicago from Texas and woke up with an almost flat tire the day we were supposed to travel back. Everywhere I called had between a 2 1/2 hr to overnight wait time. Tony’s got us in immediately and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes! Amazing customer service and such a relief!

Bad customer service … tried to chance my 4 tires and asked for price. Since I have replaced them before , I was shocked when he told me $70 per , so I asked, “ why so much , i thought they went for 40 some each ?”. He didn’t care to explain me and he gave me a “nah “ verbal and face expression, and left me just standing by my self in the middle of their lot. I wasn’t saying I wouldn’t pay for it. I was just wondering why that much. Bad customer care.

Le daré 5 estrellas por su atención al cliente, aparte el señor Marco Antonio fue muy servicial y honesto. Yo se de llantas pero le pregunté si podía balacear mis llantas traseras, me dijo que no lo necesitaba. Me ahorro mi dinero. El pudo haberme dicho cualquier cosa. Pero fue honesto y eso también hay que aplaudirlo y valorarlo. Recomiendo el lugar y el personal del señor Marco Antonio

Took my car for an oil change on Sunday. They were very friendly and were able to help me. There was also something wrong with my brakes and I thought that by being a girl they were going to tell me something bad and they said “your breaks are fine you just need brake liquid and I was on my way. Totally recommend this place. Will be coming back
