Did my lower control arms , went to get my tires changed somewhere else and they told me multiple bolts were loose as if they forgot to tighten them completely. I’d definitely think twice if you were going to get any major repairs done here.

I do not recommend people to take ur car here, send my car , they make more damage and they stolen part from my car, I ask ? They said we don't know, old man has no respect. And the Mexican guy in front of ppl face.

Car battery died down the street from the shop, one of the guys walked over there in the snow, jumped my car for free. Another time I couldn't get a cap off something in my car and they nicely just popped it off for me and attached the part. I had issues with my car, normally they say they didn't work on things like it BUT if I could leave my car there for a few days they'd just order the parts and do it. I've over heard the people at the shop make sure people had ways home so they weren't walking in this 98 degree heat. Which was just nice of them. Dudes are 👍 👌 👍 👌

I have been going to Tour Auto for several years. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have a garage to keep my cars ln. So when trouble comes I take it to Sanu and he takes care of it. Not to mention there prices are very reasonable.

Casually talking on the phone about me needing a detail and one of the workers overheard and offered those services even though they didn’t publicize “ Detailing” at the auto shop. Make a long story short my car was kept for approximately 2 1/2 days and they literally did nothing to my car and charged me $500 for an interior and exterior detail. As soon as you pop open the door, you can see the filth visibly. They didn’t remove my seats. They didn’t vacuum under the seats. I still have stains on my roof. The crevices were never clean. I had to come & drop it back off twice in 4 days. This is horrible.
