These guys here are great. Mark was easy to work with and gave me exactly what I asked for my trade in with no hassle. Got a much better deal than what I was seeing on similar vehicles at other dealerships. Its refreshing to work with car salesmen that aren't total sleazeballs. Highly recommend.

I am a long time family mechanic of an individual who purchased a vehicle from 'you sell auto'. This review will offer a different insight from a qualified professional who worked on the vehicle just a couple months after it was purchased. I will refer to the individual who purchased the vehicle as the customer since they are a mutual customer of both my business and 'you sell auto". First off I must note that the customer paid in full with cash the day of purchase and has owned the vehicle outright before driving it off the lot. It has been almost a full year since customer acquired the vehicle and is still struggling to gain any headway at receiving the title to the vehicle. It is clearly evident that since the vehicle is paid off, little concern exists to get the customer what they should have handed over shortly following the sale. The day this review was the day customer took a letter to the DMV as documentation sufficient enough to grant customer a title. Nothing resulted from this attempt. On the other side of the spectrum, it was disappointing to find that when a closer look was taken many issues arise. The paint on the vehicle had a slight tone difference in random areas that when inspected had signs of body repair previously. The clear coat and paint is rapidly chipping away on the front bumper. Fender skirts were missing and broke on the front wheels. A past collision wasn't difficult to notice. The fluids had not been properly inspected, serviced or levels popped off. Interior damage had been repaired, not much but noticeable. Without getting into more detail, its clear that cover up repairs were made for the purpose of selling the vehicle. Lemon is a word to describe but overall it was all minor issues and I believe the purchase price was fair. But the near impossible task of receiving the title is cause for the two star review as the customer has to use the only vehicle the own without legal plate and registration.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra, Mark did a great job getting us a low 3.4% interest rate through our local credit union. I was able to test drive and sign paperwork within an hour or so. The car is in top notch shape and drove nicely back to Laramie where I live. Thank you Mark for everything 🙏

It’s so hard to buy a good used car right now. Kyle at You Sell Auto worked with us to make sure my 2014 jeep Cherokee was up to snuff before I purchased it. So far it’s great; the interior is beautiful & it runs really well. Kyle allowed me to take it to my own mechanic for the pre-purchase inspection. When my guy found some break work needed to be done, the guys at You Sell did the break work and even put a new battery in. They were very cool, and I’m happy with the car!

My experience at You Sell Auto went very well. Kyle The assistant manager help me get my new vehicle fast easy and efficient he did not stop until I got the vehicle I wanted he called many credit unions and worked out such a good deal for me i was so happy! OK, Honestly the Best car buying experience I have had. Showed up at lunchtime during work to look at it, bought it the next day, with very little hassle. they are extremely accommodating when I brought up concerns with the used car and fixed all problems I brought up before the purchase. Kyle was great, no pressure and let me make my own decision. i would recommend these guys to my mother.
