Had been here a couple times but won't be coming back. I came in with a flat tire and asked them to fix it. I was told by the chubby guy that the rim was a little bent but that they would bend it back. I said okay and they charged me $50 for it. Less than 48 hours later I'm back because the same tire went flat. Same chubby dude starts making excuses and insulting me saying "isn't it obvious that the rim needs to be replaced?" It clearly wasn't obvious to him 2 days prior since he said they could bend it back no problem. Choose Toros if you want to maximize your time spent with disrespectful employees who try to make you feel stupid.

My car was vibrating when braking on high speeds so I got my brakes, rotors, and tie rods changed. I came to this shop to get the tires balanced and an alignment. The alignment report showed the car was now 100% aligned. I was still getting vibrations so I came again to see if they could find the root cause. The guy said I needed new rotors even after I told him I recently changed them so I asked he could take a look first before changing parts. He then said my rotors are good but that I needed the tires balanced and another alignment. I agreed to just balancing the front tires and he told me to bring it back if it doesn't fix the issue. The car was still vibrating so I brought it back a month later. After explaining what happened to a different mechanic, he said I probably need to just change the rotors. I was skeptical so I asked if they could check again. They said I needed an alignment even though I had just gotten one and they couldn't give me another reason. I agreed to getting another alignment. This time the alignment report showed that the car couldn't be 100% aligned without changing some suspension parts. These mechanics don't seem to be consistent and some may lack competence.

excellent experience both times we've taken our cars here for tire issues. My husband had a rim and tire replaced earlier this year, and they were super quick helpful and had a great price. They found a used rim that was in great shape instead of making us buy one that was brand new. Just today, I had a nail in my tire and pep boys wouldn't fix it saying it was in the side wall, when in reality it was close but not actually 100% in the side wall and totally fixable. Pep Boys tried to get for 1k in new tires! I took my car here and they explained to me about the nail and my options, fixed it up, and I was on my way in less then an hour! I also have to say how kind and friendly they all were too. 10/10 experience!

A little more expensive than other tire shops. Tire I had was leaking/air bubbles before I could leave.

Este lugar me hiso untrabajo en una llanta supuestamente el sensor no servia lo cambiaron la llanta siguio perdiendo aire lo lleve otra vez ahora que el sello no servia ok la arreglaron siguio el problema lo lleve otravez y medicen el sensor no sirve entonces saque mis rrecibos y le dije tiene dos semanas que lo cambiaste y me contesto el encargado esto no sea cambiado le conteste que tipo de trabajo estan aciendo que cobran las cosas y no se las cambian este lugar no te deja pasar a ver el problema de tu llanta por eso es que te dicen mentiras para sacar dinero es triste porque cada trabajo que me hacian les dejaba su propina no lo rrecomiendo.

I do not recommend anybody to go there take my car for some rim repairs later told me they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have a welder. Then they made another excuse saying that the welder machine broke and then they put electrical tape on my cracks stating that it will be safe to drive and no air will be leaking out of my car Wheels

Erik was referred to me by another mechanic. He’s the best. I had a cracked rim, he listened to me, advised me, and updated me the entire time. I would highly recommend Toro. Look what they did to my car! The new wheels are sick!

I had a leak in my tire for two days, they found a nail and patched it up at a reasonable price. They were quick, courteous and friendly. Glad I found them!

Idk why someone said cheap, they charged me $70 for a USED tire and If I wanted USED run flat it was gonna be $90 only reason it gets 2 stars because they were quick and only reason they got my money was because my tire completely fell apart and I had no choice. Drive somewhere else if you have the chance !
