One of the best automotive service experiences I’ve had in 20 years!! What was promised was done… on time and as quoted. Customer service was impeccable. Provided a loaner car similar to what I would expect at Mercedes or Infiniti … at zero cost. Very strong recommendation!! A++++

They have helped maintain my Mercedes for over seven years. They are always thorough and their mechanical service is top notch. However, I have noticed that their communication style and sense of concern has somewhat diminished. To me that is 50% of the value of their service. Just the honest opinion of an old-schooler!

This shop is very transparent when it comes to repairs. I visited earlier this year for an alignment and was informed my subframe was broken and needed replacement. Simon had one of the technicians take a video of the issue to show me. He chose my safety over charging me for the visit and that to me, shows great care and integrity.

Ive gone to Torque twice when my car was having bad problems. They are so much more trustworthy, honest, and affordable compared to other places in the triangle. I will go there exclusively for my needs in the future.

My hybrid battery died and I was in a pinch to get it fixed quickly. The good folks at Torque were able to squeeze me in to replace the battery the next day. They also did a complete check on my car and let me know what else was wrong with the car. I really appreciated that they let me know what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait. They were honest and not pushy at all. Highly recommend them!

I ONLY take my Benz to Torque Auto! The customer service is impeccable and their expertise and knowledge is appreciated. The "My Garage" feature on the website really helps me stay on track with previous maintenance and services. Now, if I can get my wife to bring her car to the shop, it would be a family affair. :)

I went there for a free hybrid battery health check and the people who helped me out were so informative. They helped me understand what to do if I need to replace the battery in my Lexus. I appreciated the service and they were so friendly! And the prices were good too!

The person that is in front desk is a complete moron, he hates his job and he has an attitude, when I was trying to explain the issue that my car has he was very disrespectful and said “be clear and quick”. I hope the owner reads this review because these type of employees ruin the reputation of a business. I tried to take a picture of this moron so future customers can be aware of him, and if possible, would be better to avoid this place.
