I’m not really the type to leave a bad review… but this place was really disappointing. I had a flat tire, and called ahead of time to see when I could get it fixed. They said they were busy and asked me to come in the next morning. I arrived a bit before 10AM, and was kindly greeted. They checked out my tire, saw I had a screw in it, and he asked me to wait 15 minutes for his colleague to check me in. I was feeling great, until colleague came out and super unapologetically told me he couldn’t help me for another 4 hours. I said that wasn’t a problem, I was willing to leave my car. He told me there was no space for my car and I had to leave now. They wouldn’t help me unless I came back 4 hours later. “First come first serve.” (Which wasn’t communicated on the phone when I called) I decided to try and call other places to get it fixed and while I was looking on my phone, he knocked on my car told me I had to leave right away to let other cars enter. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve been so upset if he had at least tried to show the least bit of empathy after making me wait just to tell me to leave. Just one “I’m really sorry, we’re swamped” would’ve made the experience a lot better instead of speaking so rudely and kicking me out.

I asked for a last minute rescue from a flat tire. Luckily my neighbors at Toscalito found the correct tire I needed and I was able to be on my way within two hours. I’m very grateful.

Very, very professional & they are very courteous, and straight to the point, and most of all The service is excellent as well as the pricing very fair pricing. The pricing was so well that I refused to receive a further 15% discount from being a Costco member. I have found the only auto repair shop for me is Toscalito Tire & Service. And the service is very fast all around great quality

I’ve been going to this place (and the one in Marin) for over 45 years. I’ve gotten and still get excellent car care. People are very professional and take the time to explain things. I always drive out feeling good.

Literally can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they provide detailed information about exactly what’s going on with your car, and work with you if you’re on a budget. 10/10!!

Tosacalito has been my go-to for tires and tire repair for many years. I recently found myself with a tire that needed to be patched and arrived at opening time on a Saturday morning. They were able to repair the tire and get me on my way within a short amount of time. Their customer service is always top-notch.

I have always had a good experience bringing my car to this mechanic shop. They are reasonably priced and fast. I recommend calling ahead the day before or a few days before to make an appointment for your car. They have never turned me away for an appointment, even when I ask for Fridays or Saturdays. I recommend them!

Disorganized, unprofessional and rude. I called on Saturday and made an appointment for an oil change Monday morning. Weekend guy on phone was super nice. When I show up Monday morning at my drop off time, they had no record of it and were super rude about it. Additionally, there’s no where to park…cars just flow onto Lombard Blvd. I think if they had been nicer about it I would have tried to reschedule, but I’ll be going elsewhere. Be careful about scheduling with this business- I suggest getting a confirmation by email.

Once again Toscalito does it again with their outstanding service! I took my car in for oil change and a super loud noise when turning the steering wheel. Miguel gave me a quote and order the part. I dropped it in n Saturday and my car was ready Monday afternoon. Both Miguel and George were terrific!! This was August 19th 2024 (This next section is from October 2024) I took my car in for and oil tune up knowing that it would probably need more than that! Oh boy , it sure did. Not only needed an oil change but also new spark plugs, new radiator, rear breaks, and a lot more. George explained everything in detail, quoted me a price and got it all done in one day! I was given a nice discount as well. As I was driving my car Monday morning to work at 5:20 am. I realized my front right mirror had been fixed. At no charge! ( my 14 year old teenage son had duck taped it together after someone hit me in a parking lot😂) Just last week I texted George a video of my car leaking because I was worried it was my radiator. George said it was normal condensation from the air conditioning. George and the team at Toscalito’s are an amazing team!! Thank you you guys!!

I trust Toscalito for all my tire needs no matter what car I am driving. I just bought a new Tesla model Y and got a flat tire. The car told me which tire it was. Toscalito’s are already up to speed on Teslas and knew exactly how to repair the tire. They are courteous and competent.

These guys are my local go-to for all my car stuff! I met one of the managers a while back who said check us out, so I did and keep coming back! They know their stuff and are great to interact with. So now I'm the one telling people to check 'em out.
