I went in to have my 2015 Chevrolet Captiva inspected and it failed because my front window tint was 18% instead of 25%. The tint has been on my vehicle for eight years without failing. What a chicken s@@@ way to make $10 extra by removing the tint. . I even had to go out and step on the brakes and turn on the signals. They should have paid me.

Well this is my 2nd year going to Total Auto Service for inspection for my truck. Today my experience was outstanding. My inspection failed but I didn't take it as a negative. My 3rd light was out, the bulbs were replaced and inspection passed. I added an alignment and replacement of the drive belt. Their cost saved me over $400. My appointment with the dealership will be canceled because all repairs were done for half price, including replacement of tire arms. They have a customer for life.

Guys... my experience in this workshop was more than great.... I went to have my brakes and air conditioning checked... they found what was wrong and no more said... "everything fixed" The staff is willing to help... I have taken my car to several workshops and they only talk and asking for money is more money than what they repair.... at Total auto repair.. they have my thumbs up... they filled my perspectives. My recommendation... it's worth it and your pockets will be able to breathe. These guys were born for this job. thanks once again...

Whatever you do don't go to place for a inspection they are too pity they fail me and said my tint on my front windows are to dark and they are factory tint.This place is a joke this has never happened

Pretty cool place. Staff is, for the most part, friendly and approachable. I would have loved to have given them 5 stars, but in the end, I can't. I went there for an inspection and was told my vehicle failed. No problem, I was thinking; just get what they said needed to be done. After completing what I was told by them, I was told to repeat the same thing again and again. Each one of those against involved me driving my car an additional 300 miles. On the final day, which is today, I was told to take my cat to the dealshipand ask them why my car wasn't passing inspection. I am a business owner myself, and to be told that by the owner was very unprofessional. My only recourse was to file a complaint with the State. So sad because I thought the place would be good for automotive work. Now I'm not so sure. Inspection was a bad experience for me. Maybe it will be better for you. Thank God this is the last year for inspection stickers in Texas. I'm sorry but I can not give more than 2 Stars

I had a terrible experience at this state inspection place. The inspector was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. His attitude was condescending, and he seemed annoyed by any questions I had. The service was slow and inefficient, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and smooth inspection experience. Avoid at all costs.

I needed my wiper blades replaced and the technicians did everything possible to get it fixed right for me. They even re-aligned my bumper for me and aired up my tires. I am very satisfied with the service here and incredibly reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be bringing my car here for anything and everything! Thanks again!
