The worker was friendly, however the owner is rude and will make your life impossible. The owner is unethical and wont tell you everything only the things that is beneficial to him. They only want your money...

Had a car repair EMERGENCY!! My wife's car had a calibration issue ..it still runs fine etc. but she couldn't wait till next week for it to be calibrated..Carlos wound up being my Rescue Ranger..Great job !! Kudos to you and your crew..got me out of the doghouse!! Thanks Again..🤗 Well Carlos...you did it again..twice in one month !!! fantastic job...I know you were snowed under but took care of me anyways Thank you again sir !!!

Went in to get a simple lightbulb for my headlight and get it fixed. But at 2pm the desk attendant said that everybody was on lunch??? At 2pm in the afternoon, 3 hours before they close. I’m just taken aback because I’ve never been anywhere where EVERYBODY is at lunch at 2pm…couldn’t even come out to inspect the lightbulb?? Very poor staffing and scheduling it sounds like.

Came in for a wheel balance and came out with two new front tires at an amazing price. Installed, out the door with balance. What a difference new, reliable tires makes. Shout out to Jesse for also quoting me on a front end suspension job. I'll get it done because I do need it. Great overall team. Carlos, the owner personally follows up with every customer. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks team!

Horrible service. Just came in for a tune up.After picking up my car it falls dead after 1 minute of being idle. I paid $700 dollars for a tune up now the car doesn't run properly

I brought in my 04 Sequoia for wheel hubs, bearings, valve cover gasket, and rear main seal replacement and Andrew Hopkins has been absolutely exceptional. His quality of work and attention to detail is amazing. He is also a master diagnostician and king of alignments. I can’t thank him enough for the his expertise and quality. I don’t expect to be back anytime soon because he fixed everything of concern, but if I need anything he is my GO TO.

This company is outstanding. I was in Humble Texas helping a friend who had cancer get ready to move to his sisters in Atlanta for the cancer treatments when the evening before we had to leave his truck overheated and was spitting out antifreeze from an unknown location. The next day was Friday the day before Father’s Day weekend. I had no clue where to take his truck for repairs. I found Total Automotive and called them at 8:00 am that Friday morning. I explained to them that it was an emergency and that I was helping my friend and that I had to leave that day as he was to weak to travel by truck and that I had to get him to the airport. They told me to come right over. When arrived I could see that every car hoist and service bay had a vehicle on or in it and cars waiting in the lot. They told me not to worry and that they would get the truck right in. I know they had to bump us ahead of someone else. The problem was a bad water pump. The job was done on time and the price was reasonable. I was able to finish loading and get my friend on the plane on time. I can’t express enough gratitude for the service and thoughtfulness they provided. I highly recommend them for anything you may need in the way of automotive service or repair.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will try to rip you off. I took my truck in to have an alignment done. They kept my truck from 730-1530 and told me that I needed new lower ball joints, upper control arms, and tie rod ends. The estimate was $2000 including the work, parts, and $200 for the alignment. I bought the parts and installed them myself. Only one of the lower ball joints was bad. Went to LMC automotive on Aldine-Westfield and the alignment was $90.

whoever answered the phone hung up on me for no reason the first time, I called again asking for a front wheel alignment and a TPM sensor replacement and he mockingly said no speak a english and was laughing in the background he must assumed I was white or something then he said no do alignment here and then hung up rude rude ppl
