They do very good work at Tottens! Even clean interior before you get your vehicle back! Still the same great service! Good work Tom! Well, I had another occasion to use the Tottens hospitality! Had another fender bender with a flower bed! The crew at Totten's did a great job again. Repaired and back on the road in 3 weeks just like new! The folks at Tottens are always concerned with your problems being without a car! My car took a lot to find all the parts they needed and a lot of paint! So, when in Gaylord, Michigan and you have a problem with you body (your car body that is)! Go see the friendly folks at Tottens body shop, you won't be sorry!

I would not use Tottens Body Shop ever, be aware their attention for detail is not there. They painted my repairs on my truck the wrong color.

Have used them twice. Once for a deer hit, and another for rear end damage while parked. Rick was great to deal with, work was awesome, and repairs done sooner than expected!

Very very happy with my experience! Very professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and my car looks brand new not only on the outside but they did a cleaning of the inside as well. Would highly recommend anyone needing work done to come here !

Totten’s is timely, professional and friendly. I choose Totten’s when in the Gaylord area. They do great work. Like the damage never happened.
