I had a flat tire unexpectedly and drove to this place for an inspection. The staff, all around, was so nice and friendly. Shoutout to Kylie, Larry and the entire staff for a quick and easy process. They were able to repair my tire, and even give me an oil change at a cheaper rate than most tire places in the area, also within 45 mins. VERY satisfied with my experience and will be coming back soon to get my tires rotated. Thank you!

Wow!! Really great service, from the first phone call to the last. Excellent and professional. I felt like Larry is super down to earth and is honest about everything that needs to be done on your car. Super happy with service. Will 100000% go back. They even cleaned my car!! This family run business is the best. I was referred to them by a friend. Its a kittle tough to find the place but not inky did they give me a ride back to my job but they also checked my car thru out. I trusted them completely from the start. Dont hesitate to take your car in.

I mostly dealt with Larry at Townsend’s Automotive to get a prepurchase inspection done on a vehicle I am flying in from Texas to purchase. He and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, got the job done in a timely manner and were very up front and honest about the vehicle. 100% recommend!

Brought in my 1973 International Travelall. Larry and his pros handled all the motor oil and transmission fluid leaks, swapped out the shocks, did the alignment, and even got some keys made for it which I had previously snapped. They identified and corrected a couple of other issues and even kindly washed it before I picked it up. I think they only had it for just over a week. Fantastic work and excellent communication/follow up and all really nice people. Won’t take my ride anywhere else. Thanks fellas!

Larry and his team did an excellent job on my BMW 525i it runs like a charm will definitely be using them for any future car problems or maintenance and prices are fair and reasonable and they have a warranty on there as well.

Always a good experience, Larry is super friendly and helpful (and same goes for everyone else who works here), knowledgeable, gives good advice, more-than-reasonable+transparent prices.. Some growing pains with the new location it seems but def hasn’t gotten in the way of their customer service and general quality/attentiveness

Larry Jr, and his team of journeyman mechanics were quick, polite and knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing my car issue. They provided a really fast yet thorough service. Whichever mechanical issues you are having whether it be, brakes, oil changes, transmission, engine or all the the above! Will definitely recommend going back!

I needed a last minute oil change and I was able to get in and out on my hour lunch break. Everyone was incredibly helpful and honest. Pricing was great, employees were enjoyable, and communication was excellent.

Larry Townsend and his whole team at this shop is awesome and it feels like you are family when you walk in. Larry always takes the time to personally help with you and is very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work they do. It’s hard to find honest auto repair shop like this one. Highly Recommend!

Fast oil change! One minor problem was steering wheel and key fob was slightly sticky and dirty. Wasn’t like so before giving car to them. Overall would recommend for oil change.

Larry and the team are fantastic. Right to the point. No nonsense show you the work. Simply wonderful staff. Amazing service. I went in there for front brakes. I'm going to go back there again when I need back brakes and perhaps some other services as well. Good luck out there!
