This review is simply my experience with communication and nothing to do with service. I called to ask if they could work on my LS 400 right when they opened. They told me they could but would call me back with a time I could bring it in. 3 hours went by and I didn't receive a call. I called back and asked when I could bring my car in to get it serviced. The receptionist transferred me to a mechanic who explained they don't work on LS 400's anymore. It is their business and can take and refuse work at their leisure but the communication was lacking. Also if you are going to exclude a model of Lexus or Toyota you don't work on, it would be nice if that was posted on your website. So to anyone who reads this post. If you are looking to have work done on a LS 400, this is not the place for you.

The owners are amazing at remembering their customers names and needs. I cannot say enough good things about them. As crazy busy as they are, they will always do right by me and they are honest with their prices and recommendations. The very best auto repair shop I have worked with in my 50 years of owning autos.

I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma I bought brand new at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon and always had it serviced there. Six months ago when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation my service advisor came back with a list of 5 things that needed repair at a cost of $6000. I was shocked. So I took my truck to 2 different local mechanics to get their opinions. Both said my truck did not need the repairs done. So upon finding Toy House on-line and reading reviews I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check my truck thoroughly for any issues that needed attention. Something they said they do anyway. I was expecting bad news but instead was told my truck was in great shape. Music to my ears! Plus I was in and out in 45 minutes. There were 3 others in the waiting room and we talked about our car experiences with other shops. All three had had similar experiences and were very happy with the service at Toy House. I highly recommend Toy House for their honesty, fast and good service and their friendly atmosphere! I'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for service on your Lexus or Toyota vehicle this is the place to go!! Their service is impeccable and their prices are affordable. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have serviced two of our Lexus vehicles and done exceptional work!! I just wish that they had more customer parking and more service appointment availability so I did not have to wait thirty days to have my vehicle serviced.

I highly common Toy House. I couldn’t get my gas tank open due to a spring issue. I called, they said come on in. I was out of there in 30 minutes, I couldn’t believe the issue was fixed so quickly. Thank you Karen Webb

Amazing customer service!!! New customer and called to get a quote on an alternator . They were about 2-3 weeks out to service my Lexus RX350. They literally said you are able to bring your vehicle in and we will take care of it. I had to replace my alternator and my radiator 2 items that I had replaced in another state last year. They explained the reason both went bad, poor quality! They replaced both items and saved me on labor 😊🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 WOW! I truly am grateful they fixed my Lexus. They knew I could not move without an alternator, I am so GRATEFUL! Thank you so much! I love that this is a locally and family owned business. #tampasmallbusiness

This is a great place to service your Toyota or Lexus! It's family owned and well trusted by the community! The owners have been very honest whenever I take in my 2011 Toyota Sienna. Knowing they will always be there, my next automobile will be a Toyota or Lexus because I can't trust anyone else!

It took less than 4 hours Toy House to diagnose my car's issue, and repair it for $500 less than what Toyota service center could. If you want it done right the first time, at a reasonable cost, bring it here.

As usual, my experience with Toy House was top notch. They maintain my 2002 Lexus and 2001 Sienna. As busy as they are they worked me in promptly for a fuel leak on both vehicles. Also, very fair pricing
