Took my car there twice, looking for a solution to a tracking control issue on my 4Runner and they couldn’t figure it out. Finally took it to the dealership, where it was fixed. I like these guys, but for a Toyota specifically shop, I would’ve expected them to know how to diagnose a difficult error a little better.

Pulled up to the shop at 5pm on Friday and they were closed up and gone. Couldn’t leave the car there considering it would be on blocks the next morning so had to drive an overheating vehicle somewhere safer.

I brought my car in because it wasn’t starting or turning off properly. Turns out it just needed a new battery. That was like $500. Then they quoted me for needing new wheel bearings, though there are no symptoms of it. I got a second opinion at another mechanic and saved myself from $1400 of unnecessary repair work. Guess they saw an easy mark in me here. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is the exact type of shop to completely avoid. They quoted me over 8k in unneeded work and lied that these were necessary. 1. S belt and tensioner - it was replaced a year ago. 2. Timing Cover - they said it was leaking oil and needed to be done. Guess what. No oil at all no leaks. 3. The one thing I wanted them to check and repair was a door actuator. I had it replaced by another mechanic for 1/2 the cost. They smiled and were friendly while trying to screw me over so and replaced my oil so I will give them a 2 star for that. Stay away.

These guys are scum. He told me on the phone he could repair my prius with a blown head gasket for around $4000. After the car was towed in he told me he could do a bleed down test for $300 more as he felt the rings might be bad. I told him the rings should not be bad, he then told me he could put in a used engine for $12000. I picked up the car and towed it to a different shop.

I came back from a trip to find that the skid plate and gas tank on my Tacoma had both been cut through. My truck was promptly towed to Toyexus and wow, did they take care of me. April was a godsend to work with. She helped me navigate the insurance claims process and called almost every day with updates. When insurance low-balled the cost of parts/labor, April went to bat for me until the financials were ironed out. It’s been several months and I’ve had no issues with the vehicle, which speaks to the team’s quality of work. If you’re looking for a reliable, transparent, and professional place to have your Toyota serviced, I highly recommend Toyexus.

Astonishingly expensive! Well over $300 for an old Rav battery. With no shuttle to a nearby office on Broadway and appointments required just to talk, not a great value despite the great location.

Earlier in the month I needed a tow for my car. Toyexus estimated 90 minute arrival. After two hours I called and was told “you’ll hear from the driver soon”. After four hours on the side of the road, where Toyexus was simply refusing to answer the phone at this point, I had to have a different tow company sent out. They arrived inside one hour. I hope I never have the misfortune to need a Toyexus tow in a pinch. Completely unreliable with no standard of quality for service. Four hours on the side of the road and they wouldn’t even pick up for my number after the first call.

Fuel pump went out on my way to work one day about two years ago. Had it towed to toyexus because they were reviewed well and specialized in Toyota. They figured it out pretty quick and quoted $700 on the phone. They finished it the same day and when I came to pick it up the bill was about $1200. I didn’t think it was legal to overcharge that much from the quote but I was happy to get my truck back. 2 days later my check engine light came on. I figured my truck was getting old and this was a different problem. 2 years and thousands of dollars later, it turns out the gasket that was installed on the fuel pump housing was installed incorrectly and caused an evap leak. Just found this out a few days ago. I dropped the fuel tank myself and it was literally 2 bolts. Pretty crazy to think I paid that much for troubleshooting, and then much more chasing down another problem they created. I’ll never take my truck back here or recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Toyexus. April answered my questions on the phone, quoted me a very fair price and got the work done when she said it would get done. I had a kayak slide off my roof and it sheared off the side mirror in my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. They replaced it and also did a large 60K service. Satisfied with the price and service.

I had a throttle issue with my subaru.I took it to 6 different shops who couldn't figure out how to fix and quoting thousands to fix, more than my cars worth. Toyexus came to my rescue, fixed my issue at a reasonable price. These guys are awesome and I will definitely bring my car back for all my maintenance needs, even though it's out of my way.

I read the 1 star reviews, yet this company doesn’t represent it self with the issues? Why not?! You’ll take your time to respond to the 5 star reviews. This tells me everything I need to know about your repair shop. Giving you 2 stars is probably a mistake! I would NEVER go here.

I was skeptical at first, but these guys have never let me down. They are busy so an appointment is a must, but their knowledge and execution are on point. April handles most of the calls and is often the person I see at the desk the most. She is down to earth and realistic, you can tell she genuinely wants to help you with your vehicle. Again, this is not a turn and burn place, this is a business of quality and fair pricing, if you are seeking fast solutions then go somewhere else and good luck with getting over billed and subpar repairs. Truly grateful for the team here and the help they have provided me over the years.

I'm really disappointed today with my service, went in for a simple oile change that turned into an interlock lockout all because they left my car running(causing mutiple missed rolling re-tests). I have never been put into a lockout over a simple oil change. Also they didn't update my system so it stills says oil maintenance required, didn't bother with a new sticker or when my next service was due, and lastly was giving me incorrect information about my brake pads. The staff said their were new/different people working today and I'd like to hope it was just that. I really like toyexus from my.past experiences and want to continue to be a loyal customer in the future.

Really happy with April and the Toyexus Crew. Had my converter stolen and they did a great job getting it dialed in with the insurance company and fixed right away.. They do great job on oil changes and general repair too.. If you get the chance to work with them do it.

They replaced a part of my car that wasn't the source of my problem, and then suggested I come back and pay the same price again to fix what was actually causing the problem. The staff was friendly and the service was timely, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm out $500 and my problem is still unsolved.

Went for an oil change. 5 miles after completed, warning light - low oil. Returned and oil not even to minimum. Never apologized. Just said ‘was better than overfilling’. Ridiculous

I recommend Toyexus. April and Ryan always make sure the work is done well and fairly priced. I brought my car in at 8:00am and it was completed by 4:00pm. I have a 2008 Rav 4. Running as good as new! Today did an oil change, transmission fluid change and flushed my radiator. 5 STARS
