I'm always nervous going to a mechanic as a woman, but every staff member at Toyotechs made me feel heard and respected. They were patient when I needed time to gather the funds for a large repair and their loaner vehicle makes the process really easy. I'd go back again in a heartbeat!

Just picked up my 3rd gen 4 runner, it was in due to a leaky wheel seal on the rear axle. I was kept well informed throughout the process and they even saved me some $ which is a great sign for a shop! The guy at the counter (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) answered all of the questions I had in regards to my vehicle. Will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who owns a toyota/Lexus and I will be going back for any other items needing to be replaced on my 4runner!

My go-to for anything needing to be done for my 4Runner. I went somewhere else one time because I was in a hurry and thought “it’s just an oil change”, and I won’t ever make that mistake again. I really trust these guys and they will ALWAYS get my business.

could over the phone. I ended up using their service to do a ppi! I had already spent money in another mechanic and he cleared the vehicle as all good with concerns about a couple codes on an FJ. I had a feeling they didn't know what they were doing with those models which led me to the Toyotech guys. The codes, as I suspected were a nonissue BUT, they found 3-4k in repairs I would have needed to do if I bought that FJ. Then, they took it a step further and referred me to a frame guy. Turns out it would have cost even more since the frame was rotting. Sucks I wasted the money but I found two great, honest and very thorough places for needs in the future. When I do get my Toyota, I'm only taking it here!

Every time I deal with these people it's such a positive experience. Becky is so sweet, and helpful. Marcus is pretty awesome too. I don't know the names of everyone, but they're all just awesome there.

ToyoTechs diagnosed an electrical issue on my 2011 Scion XB. They found the issue using their extensive diagnosis tools and knowledge digging deep into the electrical engine harness. They found an electrical wire repair that was done by a different repair facility years back. The 1st repair was years prior during the previous owners ownership. ToyoTechs fixed the wires properly and addressed all my concerns and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Was very responsive as far as keeping me updated with the status of the diagnosis process and work being done along with answering any questions I had. Would recommend for any Toyota or Lexus repairs or service needed done. Schedule in early as they are booked out and be patient. It will be worth it in the end. Thanks again!

Good customer service but rip off pricing. I told every mechanic I know how much Toyo quoted me on a head gasket replacement on my Prius,and they almost blew their own head gasket in response. National averages run 1500-5000 dollars and they quoted me 6600. Pure insanity

Fabulous group of guys! So glad I found them for my Tacoma's service needs. I drive a 95, first gen Tacoma and they are great with it. Pseudo restoration project that has taken time and money. Glad to give it to them. Well...that was then. They no longer can be considered a quality service location since they decided they no longer wanted to work on my truck. They don't want to work on anything 97 or older. Excuse me? Not to mention their service writer is a horrible front of the house person. He lacks serious customer service skills. He's quite honestly rude. The owner Ryan hides out in back and is unwilling to take the heat for his "new found" business model. I gave them a lot of business, money, and praise over the years for which I now regret.

I took my Camry to a Toyota dealer twice and once to a private mechanic. They were unable to identify my problems much less to propose solutions. Toyo Tech located the issues quickly and developed resolutions. Special thanks and appreciation to Shelby for managing the process, monitoring the schedule and keeping me up to date with developments. She and Toyo Tech are great.

Was told by my regular mechanic that my older Lexus needed some replacement parts. Went to Toyo Techs for a second opinion. While the work needed to be done, to say that the estimate for parts and labor from Toyo Techs was positively different is an understatement. Now, Toyo Techs are my regular mechanics.

These guys are awesome. They got my 4wd fixed on my 03 sequoia that I had been fighting to get fixed for over a year. More than anything they treated me with respect and charged a very fair price for their services. They were 100% transparent during the entire process. You have made a life long customer for the things I can't handle myself. Edit 4.24.2924 4 years later, 4 years fatter and 4 years of losing my cool working on my own cars. I brought my wife’s car in for an issue I was too stressed out about. As I expected these guys took care of business at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

First time customer today after deciding to change from a previous establishment after 13 years. For a year I read through all the Toyota repair facilities performance history in Omaha seeing Toyo Tech has the best. The greeting from Shelby was genuine making it comfortable checking in for my appointment. After the car inspection Marcus provided honest and accurate feedback concerning my 4Runner. The front headlight trim clip broke in the car wash I went to after having my car serviced. I stopped back in explaining what happened. Marcus took care of in minutes. Definitely continuing my 4Runner services at Toyo Tech.

I brought a vehicle I was looking at buying to Toyo Techs and then performed a pre-purchase inspection. I felt they were more in-depth than the Toyota Dealership with their analysis and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend.

Really, really like this place. I wish I would of found Toyo Tech much earlier. I had a weird tpm problem and they took their time and they think they got it figured out. What impressed me is that they took the time to explain it to me. Also did an oil change and they showed me why you don't use a cheap oil filter. So glad I found these guys. They have earned my business. I want to add additional insight into this business. Since I first became a customer, I continued to be a customer. This is the best repair business available. I moved 5.5 hrs away. I purchased a newer, used 4Runner that needed service on the major driveline components. I could not find any service business that I was comfortable with. So I called and made an appointment, drove the 5.5 hrs, and got it serviced. If that isn't a statement of trust, I don't know what would be. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!

This shop is amazing. But be prepared they are usually booked out 2-3 weeks which stands testament to their great work and customer service!! Brought my 17 Tacoma in for what i thought would be a suspension squeak and an MPI and oil change. Oil change done quickly the next morning m, I dropped it off afternoon before. MPI didn’t see anything as I do most my own maintenance by the manual or earlier. The squeak was tough they checked all the suspension front and rear, nothing there. They checked body mounts, hood and a whole bunch of other culprits based on prior experience. Nothing I okayed more diagnosis time and they found loose bolts on something but wasn’t the noise then they found a missing bolt and the source of the noise in a super tight area of the engine / exhaust and installed a bolt free 😁 and verified it did fix the noise was gone. It was from a dealer here in bellevue had Timing chain cover reseal 3 years prior that left the bolt loose or never put it back in (Bellevue Toyota dealer that starts with C) beware!!! Toyo tech was very honest and kept me informed the whole time and felt so bad for me going through this. All 3 techs and the owner were bouncing / driving truck to pinpoint the noise and they never gave up. Impressive. I tipped them some cash for lunch those 4. And thanks to Marcus and Shelby in front for being so nice and friendly.

With extended family, we have five Toyota/Lexus vehicles in our fleet. Combined with Toyota reliability, we exclusively choose Toyo Techs as our maintenance stop for all our needs. Most of our cars are well over 100,000 miles, into 200,000 miles and are running strong thanks to the quality work and fair for the money price of services provided By Toyo Techs. Our latest “wow” moment came from having TT polishing out these Camry headlights. Cheaper than aftermarket or Toyota replacement, this will ensure that our teenager has safe travel too and from the weight room and practice fields before dawn, and after dusk. Pictures don’t do this cosmetic and safety upgrade justice! Thanks to the talented techs, Ryan, Marcus, and Shelby for being easy on the eyes and easy on the wallet! 😎

I had my oil change done at a Jiffy Lube recently, and it started leaking the next day. I brought it to ToyoTechs (where I should have come in the first place), and they got it taken care of fast. They took care of the problem that the other place created. They also did a great job of educating me to help me not make stupid decisions in the future.

I have a small fleet of old Toyotas and theses are the only ones that work on them. Great knowledge and professionalism. Great prices on the parts and repairs can’t ask for more than that. If you have a Toyota/Lexus give Ryan and his guys a call. They are the best!

We had a very good and honest experience with these guys. I have a lot of mechanical knowledge and from the day I walked in there, I felt very comfortable with this company. We own handicap vans and were stumped with an issue, took it to ToyoTechs and they were able to diagnose the issue. They were honest about the issue and what it entailed. They were great with communicating and keeping me informed of each step and stuck to their word on everything they said. They knew the promptness of the situation and they did everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner. From Shelby at the front desk to the janitor that keeps the place clean and everyone in between, this is an A1 business. Their word is GOLD. Nothing was done to that vehicle without them communicating the situation and discussing options with us. You won't find this kind of service just anywhere and now this shop is the only reason I will consider purchasing another Toyota. 5 stars is not enough for these guys!
