Took in an older 4Runner to get a bunch of work. They were well aware of all the issues with the vehicle platform and which complete parts kit to buy to replace all the components needed, which was refreshing as I usually have to try to explain all this to places. They already knew firsthand and finished all my sentences for me. Suggested optional work that made sense contextually and was worth doing and was not a shop trying to milk extra work. Finished work earlier than promised. A great experience and a relief for someone who usually does their own work and has had nothing but horrible experiences getting work done at shops. Will come back again.

I went to many repair shops before I found this place and that was 8 yrs ago. I’d never go any place else. Unfortunately I bot a Honda and Chris does not work on Hondas, only Toyotas. However we have a 22 yr old Lexus and Chris has managed to keep it running.

Great Toyota shop - did great work at a fraction of dealership cost. After the 100k mile tune up they did, I get 4 extra MPG. Highly recommend.

I was too far away to reach their shop to do the repairs, but they had the kindness to tell me what they thought. My options would be, whether to rebuild or replace the engine and some ballpark prices.

Chris took a look at my Corolla and was able to fit me in last minute. But even if he didn't I'd still trust him lots of shady shops but ToyotaMasters was fantastic.

Took my Lexus in to do some preventive maintenance before my 1500+ mile trip for my wedding, & these guys did a great job with not only servicing my vehicle, they were very professional, and the pricing is very reasonable. Sometimes you do have to schedule ahead of time by a week or two depending on the services you're asking for, but your vehicle will be treated right, & will be fixed right the first time without any headaches. I will be bringing in my Lexus back in for any huge job I can't do at home. 😁

I first came to Toyomasters in 2022 when I was thinking of selling my Tacoma. Vehicle inspection came back as "good" with no issues. I called Chris this week because after two attempts, Firestone left my brakes sinking after two no good brake fluid exchanges. Chris took the time to explain a lot about what might be going on before I even made an appointment. After servicing my vehicle, everything was back to normal. Thanks Chris.

My 2019 Toyota RAV4 had a fuel intake issue that Toyomasters resolved quickly. Chris is an outstanding technician who cares about servicing your vehicle. These guys use to be great, not so much anymore. Last time I had come they only fixed 1/2 of what I asked to be fixed. Called Chris on 8/15/2023 and made an appointment for 9/5/2023. I took the day off of work and had my brother meet me at the shop just for them to say that they don't have me down for an appointment and Chris isn't here. They told me I could leave my car there for a couple days. Thanks for wasting my time and 8 hours of vacation. You just lost myself and 2 other family members who have done business with you for years and referred a lot of people.

Top notch service, reasonable pricing. The guys at Toyomasters know Toyotas inside and out and are clear about what your vehicle needs to keep it in top-notch shape. Have never felt pressured to do any repairs that weren't on my list. If I could give more stars, I would! Highly recommend this shop!

Used these guys many years ago with my 87 Celica Convertable in their previous location. Excellent experience last week with my 2022 Lexus, they kept my out of pocket expenses much lower than I could of hoped.

Harlan worked on our Sequoia and quoted us quite a bit of money. When it came time to pay, it was considerably less. The staff and mechanics that I've had contact with have been friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place!

I am out of state,however I've called this shop several times for information regarding my 97 toyota truck and they have been helpful.I would definitely use this shop for any diagnosis or repairs on a Toyota over the dealer hands down. I've been driving Toyota's since 94 and have no regrets. Not a lot of problems, but it's better to go with toyomasters than another shop or dealer for repairs
