Best local Toyota shop! Trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, price, professional, and fast. Serviced my Corolla in a very clean and professionally manner, and saved me money too! They got me out the door way before the time I said I needed to leave. I've also had an emergency engine issue and still gotten superior service. A shop that truly cares about the customer. First left east bound Bell after 28th street, look for the trees. I'm a very satisfied customer, you will be too.

I have been using Toyo Motors for a number of years for two older vehicles. I am happy with their service and costs are reasonable. My son-in-law is purchasing his first car and Toyo performed a thorough inspection. I appreciated identifying possible repairs over the next couple of years in order of need. .

Amazing, efficient, friendly service. I had several repairs that needed to be done that I thought would take a few days and they were able to get me back on the road same day!! The communication from Jacob and Nick was spot on! I was sent an estimate that included videos and pictures with areas of concern. I was able to review and approve the estimate right from my phone. A+++ service! Highly recommend for your automotive needs. 😊

With new vehicles plagued by so many reliability issues, and a 60% overall increase in prices since 2020, the option of keeping an older car or truck is becoming much more attractive. Phoenix has many repair shops that claim to be able to service all makes and models of motor vehicles. Drilling down on that claim often proves otherwise. From bargain-basement, no-name aftermarket parts to marginally qualified technicians and poor to nonexistent warranty service, many times that so-called “bargain” repair is anything but! Toyo Motors stands out above the others by using genuine original equipment parts when available, or quality aftermarket parts. Toyo knows that the way to keep customers happy is by making sure the parts installed on a vehicle do not fail prematurely. Parts are only as good as the technician who installs them. Toyo has access to all the related service bulletins for vehicles like my 1998 Tacoma. Their staff has worked on vehicles like mine before, so the claim of being able to do the job right the first time is not an idle boast or a marketing gimmick. Their warranty terms are excellent; twice as long as many shops. They also honor estimates from repairpal.com. There are plenty of places to take your vehicle for service that may be questionable at best. I don’t think there are any shops that could do a better job than the staff at Toyo. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for the best value for their dollar.

I've been taking my 2021 4Runner here for about a year now. Last visit was for an oil change. They had me in and out in reasonable time. I will continue to have my truck serviced here, as I think I can trust this shop.

I contacted the team at ToyoMotors to ask them to do a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. First off I will start by saying that I live out of state and I found them on a specialty car forum for Toyota Land Cruisers and Lexus LX470s. First I spoke with Sharon who helped me understand the cost and timeline of the appointment and when it could be scheduled for. She was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions as we knew we would have to work with the dealership who would be bringing the car over. Next I spoke with Nick, who was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the car I needed inspected. He was also open-minded when I asked him to run a specific diagnostic test on the vehicle. Nick communicated clearly the cost of the inspection as well as how I could make payment. Nick walked me through the results of the inspection in a thorough manner making sure to see if I had any additional questions. In the end, I do not think I will be moving forward with the vehicle and that is due to the top work of ToyoMotors in revealing a few issues that would have cost me quite a bit of money in extra expenses over the asking price of the car. I’ve included a screenshot of the invoice to show I did in fact use their services. I would highly recommend ToyoMotors to anyone looking for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle they are looking to purchase.

These folks were willing to work on my 1993 MR2 and were able to get my air conditioning fixed and working, as well as, replacing my internal gauge cluster, my RPM gauge had stopped working. Thanks so much! You guys are great. Will highly recommend.

One of the most important things in business (life) is integrity. I can honestly say that while I’ve only had a couple interactions with Toyo Motors, they demonstrated absolute integrity with me. Simply put, an error was made during my service which caused a problem. We are human. These guys are great. I'm my own experience they have been very fair and honest. They will quote you for the job and have been very close to that every time. They've also been professional with outstanding customer service. I've had a head gaskets on a subaru done by them and my ac recharged on another vehicle. I was pleased with both service results.

Toyo will do a thorough evaluation of your vehicle and give you detailed quote and recommendations on what MUST be done, and what can wait a while. They understand that their customers don't always have a ton of cash available and balance that with ensuring you're driving a safe vehicle. My 1998 Toyota 4Runner Limited with almost 250k miles has never run so well.

We went to Toyo Motors today for the first time with my wife's Honda CR-V. Everyone we met was pleasant and courteous. The work we requested was completed very quickly. The bill was half of what our local Honda dealer wanted for the same work. We'll be going back to Toyo.
