Make a appointment to see a salesman at 5pm..wait for a half hour and left, I guess they didn't need to sell anything, while we were waiting they said Robert was busy with another customer which was fine but you think someone else might of helped or maybe the sales manager would of come over and said something..NOPE nothing, i even went over and made my presence known to the sales manager, that we were tired of waiting and and we walked out the door DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I am not a mechanic but I am familiar with cars in general and this place is by far the best I've ever been. They are honest and work with you every step of the way to ensure that you understand what's wrong or if it's something you can just keep an eye on or if it's overkill and something you can do in your garage at home. They have treated me like a loyal customer from day 1 and the mutual respect and professionalism is second to none. If you have a Toyota please give these guys a chance to earn your business. There is a reason they are trusted and the go to spot for the Colorado springs area for your servicing needs. Special shout out to Sara and Ian who have been my reps and they are excellent in communication and making sure you stay up to date on your vehicle while it's being worked on. I can pay less and go somewhere else if I want but I have never had a bad experience with them in over 3 years and have been burned by other places before so why roll the dice when I know I will be taken care of from start to finish? Nowhere else even comes close so as long as I live here, this will be where I take my 4runner. When the owners go over budget for customer service amenities, hiring the best people, and renovations for all, that tells me a lot about what the owners value and that's I why I will advocate for this place every day.

J.P. is an outstanding service advisor! Even with their computer system being down, J.P. and the team did an excellent pre-trip inspection and gave reasonable service recommendations of front brake pads and brake fluid flush. J.P. worked to provide all eligible discounts. Highly recommend this location for all your Toyota service needs!

Best Toyota service shop I’ve been too. JP Peltier is the man! Excellent customer service as always! Thanks JP! He’s the reason I drive an extra 30 minutes to y’all over Corwin Toyota. There’s coffee, TVs, comfy seating, waters, and an awesome coffee machine while you wait.

Shortly before I arrived for scheduled recall job on my Tacoma, that section of the city lost power. I drove 3 hours to get to that appointment. It was an awkward situation. I waited. Power came back mid afternoon. They tried hard to get me finished, but the wrong parts had been ordered. They got me a loaner. I give them an A for effort, and politeness.

This will be the second time I've had my vehicle repairs done at this Toyota service center, and the second time I had to immediately turn around and take the vehicle back because of something else they caused after repairs to my vehicle. The fact I take my Toyota to you after the first time, giving a change to change my opinion about this place, and another opportunity slips through their hands to keep a customer, you failed. You won't get a third chance to screw things up again. I will now avoid this place, and recommend others avoid this place as well. Unacceptable, for the amount I paid each visit, to have to deal with this again, horrible service repair techs they must hire. Never again!

Consistently poor service. I have had my car serviced here a number of times now. They communicate poorly what they are doing and when it will be done. Have been told a low estimate on price and time every time. They do a few things right like sending photos during maintenance and offering rides if needed.

JP and the service department took great care of me. I was only in for an oil change, but I hit a block of snow and ice in the road and it damaged my heat shield and broke some of my muffler brackets and hangars. JP let me know what was going on the entire time and they were able to fix everything on the spot.

I purchased a car this past week with sales guy the man of his own words “Zane Leaf’’ he was great , he was very professional and answered my all Questions despite it being pretty busy in there , Zane made sure I were taken care of , His patience and knowledge didn’t go unnoticed, Thanks again from Zane and Toyota of Colorado Springs.

10/10 I would recommend JP Peltier as your Service Advisor. I have brought my Wife's RAV4 and my Tacoma in for service and always go through JP. JP is honest, respectful, and is knowledgeable about what is needed. JP is my go-to person at the service center and I trust his insight and input. I'd highly suggest using him as your Service Advisor, you won't regret it.

I’ve held off on leaving this review for several months solely due to the fact that I was giving this dealership a chance at redeeming themselves. But it’s been long enough. I got routine maintenance done on my vehicle back in September of 2023. I was visiting from out of town on a road trip so I decided to make an appointment with this dealership even though they’re not the dealership I usually attend. Anyways, when I received my truck back I noticed the next day that one of my TRD center wheel caps was missing. I quickly called the dealership to see if by accident they forgot to place it back on, and sure enough I got some run around. One person said their mechanics saw it but can’t find it and another service rep stated that another mechanic mentioned it broke so they had to trash it. If it was broke I would have liked to known the day I picked it up. I’m not one to complain but kinda fishy their stories didn’t add up. Their parts department stated they would order me a new set, but apparently Toyota has been on back order. It’s now mid January and I still haven’t received anything. Unprofessional. My family and I won’t be returning here if I’m back in town and won’t recommend them to friends.

My liaison I work with in service department is Jordan. He is easy to work with, happy to help and maintains a positive attitude. I bring my Tundra and I bring my 4Runner with 370,000 miles which it is serviced great and runs great.

Absolutely terrific! Went way above expectations. Had a significant issue with our 9 year old Prius. They sent AAA out. Got the hybrid started...was able to drive it in to service department. Had to keep it for complete diagnostic. Husband had heart surgery next day so they provided us with a loaner (new) vehicle. Two days later, they returned our Prius and took the loaner back. They didn't charge us for anything! Our next vehicle will definitely come from this dealership!
