Horrible service. My service advisor, Abraham Alvarado, was off the day after I left my car, and I couldn’t pick it up until I contacted another department. The problem wasn’t resolved, and another technician falsely claimed that the rear camera had been replaced by the body shop, but I checked, and it was actually made by Toyota. Additionally, I couldn’t reach the service department again because they don’t even answer calls. To make matters worse, they rotated the tires, but one of the hubcaps was not properly installed. Now, I can’t trust their competence.

Abraham Alvarado was very helpful with helping me with my car intake and labor. Everything was adressed at that time of visit. I didn't know how to describe the noise that was coming from the front drivers side, yet he still found the issue and is now fixed. Because of employees like Abraham, is why I return to the dealer for my car maintenance. Thank you Abraham!!

My appointment is 10 am I've been sitting here 4hours it's ridiculous I have a 2025 Camry brand new car only have 1000 miles that don't even need maintenance it doesn't make any sense that I've been sitting here 4 hours waiting for nothing. It's about to be 2pm and I'm still sitting here waiting.. the girl Vanessa told me that they're short of worker. I would never come back here at this downtown Toyota dealership ever again.

Adding to my previous review! I am so happy with Guillermo Cardoza who is so attentive, caring and professional! I am highly happy I have found a group of people that care and I can trust! Their work is exceptional and I can’t express how happy I am! I came in for a 2nd opinion and I am definitely returning! Maria was so attentive and heard each of my concerns. The entire team took care of my care and definitely are trustworthy and honest! Thank you to all!

Exemplary service! The staff are always courteous and on point at all hours of the day. I've purchased two vehicles here and have been with them since '20 and every time I go in for service someone is there to help from the minute I arrive.

I would put one start but the supervisor IN THE AFTERNOON SAVE THEM, Alex Ayala very "uninterested in give good service Ifelt at some point I was begging for information about my car, is their job to find the problem, I came with a tire sensor on, he immediately say if we need to change the sensor I will let you know. What about a nail or just low air? Why the most expensive right away? Anyways they check all the points were checked and I point a light off, so not the best but everything was fix thanks that I wait an Hour for the supervisor

Don’t ever buy a pre owned vehicle from here. I bought a Certified pre owned vehicle and within 2 months it needed new brakes, the battery also went out. Tires had a big chunk missing and I told the salesman if that was ok he said as long as it holds air that’s was ok. PLEASE go somewhere else.

It has been a great experience so far. I dealt with both Dennis and Brian. They both made the car buying experience. Great. We ran into a few hiccups with my car after I purchased it but they've been there the whole time. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership, especially both Dennis and Brian.

Prompt, professional and smooth transaction for service and was Ubered home in no time. Alex was polite & effectively displayed efficient service! My vehicle was video taped before & during the fix for the recall, so I was comfortable & appreciative of Toyota of L,A, service. Positive praise to all who work there!

I go in for oil changes but they can’t even give you the details on how your vehicle is after. They try to create this system to get cars in and out as fast as they can but lack of communication and customer service. Every oil change I do there I regret it right after and always leave piss due to the lack of customer service. If you try to comply To staff if they are a sales rep they don’t give af because they are not making a sale. And even provided me with a fake email to reach out to someone to complain.
