Big shoutout to Alex A.! At this point, I might as well start calling him “Captain Consistency” because every time I roll into Toyota DTLA, he’s there, delivering top-tier service like clockwork. I mean, I feel like a broken record at this point raving about how great he is, but seriously—Alex, my guy, you’re the GOAT. This time, my 103,000-mile champ of a car needed a full-point inspection and some fresh front brakes. When I picked it up, it felt like it had just rolled off the lot. I half-expected Alex to tell me they installed a time machine under the hood. Not only was the service quick and smooth, but Alex kept me updated every step of the way like I was VIP. Here’s the kicker: Alex hooked me up with the best deal on the inspection package and gave me a discount on my filters after I casually mentioned I had a trip coming up. Who does that? Alex, that’s who. Huge thanks to Alex and the Toyota DTLA team for taking care of me like I’m family. You’ve got a loyal customer for life—and probably some future reviews saying the same thing because, let’s face it, I’m coming back. See y’all next time!

We not only have been shopping for our Toyotas from downtown LA Toyota since they were located on Venice Boulevard years ago; but we also get our service here at their new location on Washington Boulevard and Figueroa Street. I must say that Diana Velazco is the best service technician I have known. She is transparent with the service she recommends and is responsive to ensure the work completed is to my liking. I believe Toyota of downtown LA has a tremendous asset in Diana and wish that other technicians model her work ethic. She makes sure my Toyotas keep running smoothly.

We purchased our car here and assumed the service and maintenance would be quick. I had an appointment and they took 3 hours for an oil change. They text you a number you can communicate with during the service. As soon as I arrived, I texted that I also needed a tire changed. Guillermo, the one in charged claims he didn't get the message and said I needed to wait an additional 3 hours for that service. I had to run an errand. So I went and came back. When I told Danny the manager what happened, he just said, we'll see what we can do. I waited an additional 3 hours. Btw, I had 2 small kids with me. They were not understanding.

Gary had helped me that day. Let’s just say it’s always a pleasure coming to get my truck serviced here. Gary was really helpful got everything I needed. On top of that I been having issues with my axels and lately the parts are nationally backed up, but he made sure to get it ordered before my warranty expires. So that shows that they make sure they get you right. Gary appreciate you helping me sincerely all be waiting on that that axel tho . Update I felt that Toyota customer services has gone down hill. Had someone the other time name Alex felt like he was rushing me the day I took my truck to get service. Originally went for belt replacement but he insisted that I do the transmission oil change instead because it was more important. On top of that 2 weeks after my axel pops on me on the middle of the road. I prior brought to their attention before that I been hearing a noise coming from my tire. They were giving me a hard time getting that replaced since it was backed up nationwide so I understand that but honestly I felt that they really never did anything to it to this day even tho they say they did. I feel they can really improve and be transparent when they service our vehicles. I really don’t like the videos they send us majority of the one they send me never show the old part they replaced or even show the new part they are installing. On the day that my axel popped out Chris took care of me big shout out to him his customer service is a1 he took care of me made sure they got that axel back in there without hurting my wallet and I really appreciate that. Coming again on the 28 so hopefully Toyota team has improved. All keep you guys updated

Had some of the best service I’ve received at a Toyota dealership! Alex Anaya was a great help. He helped and explained the issue my breaks on my Tacoma were having. He made sure everything was done at a timely matter.

Yo la verdad quedé muy decepcionado el 16 de octubre compre una jeep y saliendo del lugar me salió problema con las bolsas de aire y le he llevado 3 veces a reparación en menos de 2 semanas y les llamo no dan solución al problema desde el primer día salió mal la camioneta ahora tendré que pagar por más de 3 años un auto mal 🤷♂️
