REPEAT CUSTOMER!!! Tim Patillo came thru strong again. He sold me a '22 Camry last February, but this trip around he put me in a '25 Corolla Cross. I am telling you that as a manager of a business in the auto industry - Their customer service, & Desire to see the customer happy is a breath of fresh air. Never once have I been pushed into a decision, they are at your disposal throughout th entire process. Toyota of Louisville has earned ally repeat business in the future. Thanks guys 💯

So I literally just dropped by new Toyota off for its 1st service. I walked into the service area and customer service is pretty nonexistant. Oil change was fine. I don't ask for a smile or anything but dang at least recognize that I'm a human being in the room.

The operator in the service department is such a nasty individual. As a Toyota customer i am absolutely disgusted in the service i have received from this location.

The employees were not very friendly but the shuttle service is great if you live in Jefferson County. I was able to wait at home while they took care of a part of the recall. A sensor had to be ordered and I have heard nothing in 8 days. It will require a second trip to fix the recall and I don't live close.
