I hate working with Keith Pierson Toyota. Every time I have tried to work with them it is a major PITA and they are continually unhelpful and useless, particularly their manager Bo. I will go out of my way to never do business with Kieth Pierson at all costs.

I was not pleased with my visit. 2 weeks prior, I set 11am appointment. My car did not get looked at until 12:37. Of course, they came back with a laundry list of items needing attention. $1500 worth. Half of those items were done 2 months prior at another location. I then took my car to a different service shop and did not tell them I was just at Toyota. The only thing they agreed on was I had a front right indicator light out, and by out, I mean he placed the bulb back in the connector. And did not charge me. Under no circumstances will I go back to this place. I only by Toyota vehicles. Looks like I'll have to drive a little further in the future.

Had aa appointment for my first 5000. Check up and said they only rotate the wheels. I did NOT pick up my car until the next day because they NEVER CALLED ME I had to call them and left several messages

Probably the worst Toyota dealer I've ever been to. General questions nobody seemed they wanted to be at work. Will drive to another city

Told me parts were in set up the appointment I live an hour away so by time I got there at 7am just to find out the parts were not in and that they do not even have that part any more just reschedule for the next week.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to confirm my appointment. My brake pads were worn, got a price and agreed to it. NBD I figured it was time. Then when I went to check out they said they forgot to tell me about shop fees. It added another 30 on to the tab. Typical sleepy florida dealership tricks.
