Called up due to a flat from a nail and couldn’t get it out myself to plug it, but the gentleman answering was very helpful and told me they could fit me in. Showed up and they got me squared away, were very professional, clean shop, and fair charging. Highly recommend!!

Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1°. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. After installation, I thought the new tires looked very good. I took a short trip up to Halstead, ate and then returned home. The new tires were smoother and soaked up road imperfections better than the OEM tires. Overall very happy with my purchase and decision to get my tires from a local family business, as opposed to a national chain outlet.

A few days ago I noticed a wire hanging dangerously low to the ground under my car. I took it in to Tracy's on W.21st St., without an appointment, to have it looked at. Turns out, the brackets broke that held the wire in place for one of the oxygen sensors. The mechanic fixed the problem within 10 mins and even repositioned my heat shield that was bent. Everyone at the counter was very courteous and the mechanic explained his fix in detail. The best part was there was no charge for the work done. I know the fix was very simple and not very time consuming, but I was still impressed with the complimentary service. I would definitely recommend Tracy's and will be using them again for future needs. Oh and by the way, this review was not solicited in any way!

This is the only place I take my car! They are prompt and friendly. I received 3 quotes for new tires because I am going to need them in the next couple of oil changes and I didn't even ask!!

I'm forever grateful for their inspection of my car. I thought my brakes were making noises until they told me it was my subsystem and even then didn't charge me a single penny. They gave very professional advice with what to do to the car and if it was even drivable then. Highly recommend this shop!

Tracy's automotive always does a great job on our vehicles. Personalized service like a family friend that is a mechanic. Mr. Shane and his crew are through, and do a clean job. I've never had issues with any service, from oil changes, to water pump change, ac service, timing belt replacement, everything has been done well! I recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Super friendly, warm environment. They got me in 45 minutes earlier than my set appointment (not sure if that was me being lucky or what). I waited no longer than 40 minutes for an oil change and replacing the air filter. Definitely will be going back! Great experience.

Disappointed in this place. Needed my truck aligned. They tried but could not get it done. Said my frame needed aligned because it was so far off. Took it back to Shamrock Tire and they replaced the trackbar and Pittman arm adjusted just a little bit of camber. It drives like a Cadillac again. Thank you Shamrock Tire and Auto.

Just moved to Wichita, called them and asked how soon I could be seen for an oil change, they told me to come in as soon as I could! I went 30 minutes later and they were very friendly and had it changed within an hour! Great people and service!

Tracy’s was recommended to me when I had issues with my car. The team at Tracy’s did a great job! Most recently, I went for a tune-up— the guys saved me from a lug nut that was on its way out and a costly repair later on. Not to mention, they are efficient with time and great about communication.
