If I could give Tracy's Automotive 20 stars I would. They went above and beyond to get my car going in 1 day after being broke down in Wichita for 2 weeks. Hands down, the best automotive repair service I've ever had. Top notch customer service and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Thank you Tracy's Automotive for getting me home!

When I came in to have my vehicle looked at for a warranty claim Patrick was very professional. He greeted me at the door, asked me what my concerns were, and answered all of my questions. Gauge assisting me and moving my vehicle from where I parked it at to get it fixed and they were both very customer service oriented. I will highly recommend you use Tracy automotive.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Before a month ago I would have highly recommended. But since then they screwed up an oil change on my brand new car causing me to take it to the dealership for repairs, they could have blown up my whole engine but they are lucky I work with mechanics who made me park my car immediately. And every time I call about them paying me back (once a week since 10/17/24) for their mistake I get blown off. Officially never going back.

I stopped in without an appointment to get my tire pressure light checked out. While I waited, I noticed they were getting other customers taken care of very quickly. The front desk guy (Jeremiah, maybe? Maybe not) was very friendly to everyone he helped and he used customer names as he was helping people. He checked the pressure of my tires, which were all a bit low, so they took care of that, got a new battery put in my key fob and even helped me problem solve a key issue. I felt like with every customer they helped, they were honest, friendly, & helpful! Two thumbs up for Tracy's Automotive!!

I love going there because they are very friendly and have great customer service skills. My daughter, and granddaughter like going here. This is a great place to get all your fluids change and car repairs.

They will overcharge you, telling you you have problems with your vehicle that you don't. Telling you this and that needs completey replaced (it doesn't). Take your business elsewhere. They keep your car for hours if not days. They tell you they won't charge you for labor if they mess up and then end up charging you anyways. Do not go here.

Tracys Automotive was nothing but excellent!!! I can't say enough but short story of being stranded in Wichita Ks. They was able to tow our vehicle right away and they (Patrick)kept in contact with us during the fix of our vehicle. Great/excellent customer service! Excellent work on our vehicle getting us fixed up. Patrick and Don are awesome and thank you again!! Great Automotive mechanics! I definitely would take our vehicle there again in a heartbeat!

I was passing thru the Wichita area on my way to Lake of the Ozarks when I experienced an issue with my car that needed immediate attention. I called 8 different shops from a Google search and was turned away at each one. When I called Tracy's, the tire shop manager offered to get my vehicle in and back on the road in a short time eventhough they were booked out before the holiday. He even offered to assist with towing my car if I was unable to drive to their location. He was calm, professional, kind and went above and beyond - performing the service himself when no other staff was available to assist. I was so grateful for that service and humankindness after a stressful and unexpected issue. I would highly recommend Tracy's. Thank you so much!

Paid a premium rate for alignment after installing a new power steering rack. Turns out they twisted and tore the boot on the rack during alignment. Talked to Patrick about it and said there was nothing he could do for me. Probably not going back and wouldn't recommend.

Okay, so if anyone reads my posts, I generally don't post (5) stars for too many locations. So here goes. Location. Easy to find and quickly accessible off the 54/400. They are less than (3) south of the highway. Building. The building is clearly marked and has plenty of parking. They are clean, and the staff takes pride in their location both inside/outside of their building. Bravo for this, as this can be easily overlooked by many other establishments. Staff. Here's the kicker. For me, the staff was polite, professional, and quick to welcome you into their establishment. **Of special note, Patrick. He worked with me and was beyond helpful explaining what I needed done. He didn't try and upsell me or make me feel as if I was just another number or credit card swipe for his business. So if you do visit here, please ask for him. Cost/quality of work. They had the best prices around Wichita while being fast, professional, and most of all, the quality of work is second to none. **My vehicle runs like a sewing machine now** Final thoughts: Visit this place as it's locally owned, but you also get the quality of work and professionalism you just can't buy. This place is my new go to! They basically took me in as a late afternoon walk in...as well as my own part. They got me back on the road early afternoon the next day, even though they were severely short handed. They charged a VERY fair price for the work and advised me on some obvious work that would need to be done and gave me a budget to hit for the work. I really appreciate a place that can stand by their estimates! And the place next door makes amazing calzones for the ride home!

Took a vehicle in for them to check for an a/c leak and have it repaired. Instead they just refilled it and told me to go pick it up. When I asked if they tested for a leak, they said no. Even though it specifically stated in the notes to test for a leak and repair a/c. Now they are charging me for a job I did not ask for. Do not come here. Find yourself a better shop.

Went to get my oil changed today and was greeted by some of the nicest guys! They took great care of my car! Had my toddler with me and they were all super kind to me and him, had toys to keep him busy, and didn't mind him being a little rambunctious. Thank you guys for being so friendly and awesome to us! It is so appreciated!
