Dan is Trail Boss was great to work with. He was able to get my 4th gen 4runner in for an alignment after I had the suspension refreshed and get it straightened up and give me notes on parts to keep an eye on. Definitely will come back for additional service in the future.

I did not have the same experience as the reviews that are written. I was having difficulty finding a vibration in my jeep while driving. My wife knew about Trailboss because she worked with the owners (Jeremy's) wife. So when I needed help I went to Trail Boss. There were a bunch of Wranglers in the parking lot and it gave me confidence that they could help me. They said it would be around $130 to look it over. They looked it over and could not find the culprit. While looking it over, They put a rusty rear driveshaft that they said was good to see if my original driveshaft was causing the vibration. The vibration was still there. They told me that my rear pinion seal was leaking so I said I wanted the rear pinion seal replaced. I also reminded them to put my original rear driveshaft in because it was in much better shape (no rust, good seals). Jeremy told me it would be around $300. When my wife picked it up she paid (even spoke with his wife because she happen to be there). Later I looked under my jeep to check the leak and the rear pinion seal was still leaking and my original driveshaft was not installed. I called Trail Boss and Jeremy read the invoice back to me that the driveshaft was put back on and that the rear pinion seal was not listed as being done. Jeremy only works 2 days every other week. Jeremy does not give any of his employees the power to handle situations like this. So now I cannot get a hold of Jeremy unless he happens to go to work this week. I paid over $327 and nothing was done to my jeep. I tried to get my original driveshaft back and they don't know where it is. I attempted to go there and one of their employees tried to help but I ended up taking a old used front driveshaft home. I will return it. This has been going on for 4 months. I have to get my pinion seal replaced before I damage my gears. Jeremy seems nice when I have spoke to him and my situation is not resolved. Jeremy has other things going on and Trail Boss is not his priority. I took my jeep to another shop to find the vibration and they found it and fixed it. I also work in retail where we have over 400 employees. I will not recommend Trail Boss. I needed to share my experience to help other's make their decision on taking their vehicle to Trail Boss. I paid for work to be done. Gave them the benefit that they could resolve it and they didn't.

Jeremy and his crew did a full frame replacement on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. The frame was rotted beyond repair. I was due to move to Montana in a short span of time. Trail Boss came through with an excellent job for me. A transmission shop foreman in Billings, MT doing a service, told me that the work was the best that he has ever seen. I have 4-wheeled here with confidence because of Trail Boss's fine work. I would recommend them highly for any work on your vehicles.

Took 2005 wrangler for inspection in February before buying. Met Jeremy (owner) who was super helpful so much so that I brought TJ back and did MC lift/steering/SYE and so on in May. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional team. Takes the time to go through all aspects of work. Would highly recommend!

Have had several opportunities to have Trail Boss work on my Suzuki Samurai. They helped fix the death wobble issue I was having as well as not being able to pass emissions. They got it there and we are thankful to have a knowledgeable garage nearby. These guys know their stuff and they are honest and fair.

I knew my jeep didn’t drive correctly it followed every line in the road it was horrible! Everyone told me that’s because it’s jeep and it is what it is. I took it to Trail Boss and they fixed what everyone said wasn’t fixable. I will use them forever to work on my jeep. The customer service was incredible and they talked me through why, how and what. You guys are my hero’s and Dan was incredible. I have owned my jeep for two years and scared to drive on the highway because it would go all over the place. I left Trail Boss jumped on the highway and drove home. Thank you so much for everything I love my jeep again because of you!!!

Trail Boss completed an alignment, Tire rotation, and oil change on my Ram 2500. Patty and Jeremy were super nice and helpful. They even made sure I didn't have a tire issue before charging me for an alignment. I will be recommending this to all my public safety friends who lifted their trucks.

It was a pleasure doing business with these guys (I apologize I didn't get their names). Very professional and informative. Brought my truck in to have tire wear problem diagnosed. Alignment was checked front and rear. Alignment was good. Its nice to do business with people who are good at what they do!

Jeremy was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The service on my Tacoma was completed that same day in a timely manner. The accessories were installed for a third of the cost that was quoted to me by Precision Toyota. My truck looks and handles amazing. Trail boss deleted my air bags. Put ads 6inch complete suspension system. On 20' black rino wheels. Wrapped with 37,inch nitro trail grapplers. Looks and drives amazing.. I thank them for an excellent and professional job

Very efficient staff. Took us in on a Saturday to diagnose the problem with our truck. Since the shop was not equipped to handle the repair they gave recommendations. Because of that information we were able to get the truck repaired and continue our trip. Thank you for being so professional!
