OMG. How many adjectives can I use in a review? Honest, friendly, smart, fair. The biggest reason I had my work done here was because it was half the price of anywhere else. Secondly, the 5 Star reviews. Pay no attention to the snarky negative ones. Haters! I will recommend Tony to all of Phoenix and beyond.

Tony Tran has taken care of all of my vehicles for almost 10 years. He was referred to me by a friend. I would not like to have to go anywhere else. He is Honest and fair. Even goes above and beyond in my opinion. When I need a service he always takes a look right away and tells me what his diagnosis is. He has the vehicle done when he says. Nobody wants to go see a mechanic about a car issue, but I am grateful I have Tony.

It sucks to have to go to the mechanic. Kind of like going to the doctor. But if you have to go Tony Tran is always honest with me. He tells me when things need to be replaced and when they don't. He always does a good job, and gets things done in a timely manner

I spent nearly 200 USD for car maintenance (oil changed) here but the car shows maintenance required only after another 900 miles—— I was told that I would only need to change oil after another 5000 miles. This repair shop used to be the one I trusted and I was the return guest. But the last service I received is disappointing as now I ended up having to find places for maintenance in nowhere in the middle of my road trip.

I’m not sure what kind of operation this guy is running, but I don’t appreciate what they do. I recently had a vehicle inspected by a potential buyer, and he asked me to take the vehicle here. After the guy completely went over the entire vehicle and agreed that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was in great condition. He then proceeded to get into the potential buyers head by telling him to negotiate the price down on the vehicle more just because he thought he can get a better deal out of me. I told the guy I was very firm on the price and that I was not going to budge on the price from the beginning yet they made me waste my time to drive all the way downtown for nothing. He should stick to working on cars and not negotiating any prices on vehicles, and stay out other peoples business. The potential buyer even said he was fine with the car and the price but that the mechanic said he should work me down on the price. The vehicle was priced $1000 under retail and it was a Toyota Camry. Those cars are worth their value and hold their value. This mechanic is shady and frankly needs to stay under the hood or under the car because he’s not a good negotiator and he cost his client getting a good car.

We wanted to get our battery replaced, and the lady pointed at the door to come in, then asked us what we needed again. After telling her, she wouldn't say anything and just kept pointing at the wall. No signs or anything, just a blank wall, and she refused to talk, so oh well. We'll go some where people will actually speak.

I always go to this place for any car problems. Tony is extremely experienced with a no BS attitude. He charges reasonably as well. There is definitely a language issue but if you can explain the problem to him or his mechanic, you can expect great results within time and within budget. I highly recommend him.
