My son’s 2016 Honda Civix needed a transmission replacement, spoke with Travis about what was needed and his recommendation. Everything worked out great, job was completed and we couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve already talked with Travis to get my car repaired in the very near future. Travis Auto Center 2 has my recommendation.

My work truck needed a new engine. Travis was the most economical shop that I found. The communication was impressive. While the job was underway, I was out of town, and Travis would send pictures and explanations of every challenge he faced. He made recommendations of things to deal with before they would become problems in the future. He got the engine installed in a timely fashion. So far, so good. The truck runs great and for a reasonable price. I recommend Travis Auto to anyone looking for solid mechanic work for a reasonable price.

Travis Auto Center gave me awesome service 5/1/2024. Reasonable price for my car repairs. All repairs was explained and pics taken. Cost was 50% - 75% less than another popular car repair place I had gone too. Professional,friendly and honest mechanics work here. Thanks Travis.

Please beware when getting car inspection.. these people will try their best to find something on your car to add more amount of money. inspection $20? OK now turn your backside.. they come to u and say something is wrong . Now your bill is $800.. it happen to me. So went to another inspection place. I pass.

I have been trusting Travis with all of my vehicles for years now. The AC just went out on my Maxima. Travis replaced the compressor and the condenser, and the AC is working like new. I also had to get the front right and left control arms replaced. The car is driving so much better. Travis is professional and reliable. His prices are unbeatable. Thank you, Travis, for coming through for me again!

My car has been at their shop now for 15 days. I’m supposed to pick it up today 7/14/2023. Called them at 10 am the guy who picked up acted like he couldn’t understand what I was talking about and hung up on me. It’s now 12 pm. I have called a total of 12 times now but can’t leave messages cause voice box is always full. These people are playing games and wasting my time. I will never go there again. UPDATE: I got a call back today from big Travis 7/14/2023 at around 2 pm. He told me my car was ready. The car runs so smoothly now. I’m happy with the work they did on it. Those people are really good at fixing cars. I wish their customer service would be better. They need to hire someone to answer the phone and take messages. I know earlier I said that I would never go there again. I think I will. Next time, I will make sure they agree to fix my car at a certain amount of time.
